Perfect for people who love the quiet, laid-back feel of the country. great location to visit the mountains and onsen. good for short stay here at least one night to enjoy the hot spring. There is no train. 1 min walk to closest bus stop .The nearest convenience store is 0.9mi away(From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). You will have a private room in our house and you can use free wi-fi.

ｹﾞｽﾄに泊まって頂く部屋は3部屋あり､全て個室になります｡
お部屋がいくつ必要かお知らせください。2部屋目からは、1部屋につき清掃料金1,000円をお支払い頂きますので、ご了承ください。

1階のお部屋については、襖で隔てることの出来る和室で仏間との併用（12畳ほど）ができますが、追加料金は頂いておりません。
通常、和室は定員2名ですが、併用でしたら6名での利用も可能です。

＃法的要件（絶対必要要件）
日本政府は、予約が確定していても、住宅宿泊事業法の物件では、ホストはゲスト全員の氏名、住所、職業、国籍・旅券番号の情報を宿泊者名簿にて記録することが義務付けられています。
また、ゲストが日本国外在住の場合、ホストはゲストにパスポートの提示を要求し、パスポートのコピーを記録として保管する義務があります。 そのため、チェックインの際にパスポートの写真のコピーを許可してください。
（パスポートのコピーの取得を求められているのは、日本国内に住所を持たない外国人です。ですので、永住権や留学ビザ等を持った日本在住の外国籍の方、また海外在住の日本国籍者は不要です。）

ただし、これらは、事前に「メッセージ」で送信することができ、スマートフォンならパスポート（旅券番号を含む顔写真ページ）を撮影して送ることも出来ます。
これにより、チェックイン時の宿泊者名簿の氏名、住所、職業、国籍・旅券番号の宿泊者名簿への記載を省略することができ、よりチェックインが簡単になります。

※これは、日本政府の対テロ政策に対する必須要件です。
事前に「メッセージ」で送信いただけず、チェックイン当日もホストの求めに対してゲストが旅券の呈示を拒否する場合には、予約の取り消しや、ゲストが旅券不携帯の可能性があるため最寄りの警察署に連絡する等の対応を行うことがあります。

ホストが住んでいる家の一部屋を借りる「個室」タイプのお部屋です。
車椅子の方や、ご年配の方も安心して宿泊できるバリアフリー対応
車いすが必要になる理由は人それぞれ様々ですが、車いす生活になると外出が難しくなり、行動範囲が狭くなりがちです。
ハンディ(障がい)をお持ちの方も気兼ねなく。

１　設備の使用方法について
（１）はじめに
・この施設は、通常の住居を活用しています。静かな住環境の維持にご協力をお願いします。
・パーティを禁止します｡ 大声と大きな音は禁止しています｡ 特に21時以降､大声は出さないようにして下さい｡宿泊される人以外のゲストは入れません。
・他の方が気持ちよく使えるようご協力ください。
・外出されるときはTV,エアコン、その他電気などは電源を切ってください。
（２）チェックイン
・チェックインは20時までに、チェックアウトは10時までに行ってください。
・鍵の引き渡しは、自宅にて対応いたします。都合が合わなければロックボックスでも対応可能です。
（３）トイレ
・トイレットペーパー以外の物を流さないでください。特に、ティシュペーパー、プラスチックやトイレのパイプを詰まらせたり、損傷の恐れのある物を流さないでください。
（４）浴室
・シャワーのみ使用してください。水・お湯は出しっぱなしにしないでください。また、使用後は、換気扇を回してください。
・シャンプー・ボディソープ・コンディショナーは自由にお使いください。
（５）喫煙
・住居内は、禁煙です。
・喫煙は屋外の所定の場所でお願いします。たばこの吸い殻は火を消したことを確認して吸殻入れに入れてください。
(6) 台所
・調味料は自由にお使いください。
・朝食は、備え付けの材料（ワッフルミックス、コーヒー豆）を使用して、自由にワッフルを作ったり、コーヒーを飲んでいただけます。無料です！
・料理を作るのに台所道具、台所用品、ガラス用品、鍋、釜をご自由にお使いください。使用した皿等は、最後洗い全て元の場所に戻してください。
・備え付けの調理器具以外は使わないでください。
・冷蔵庫を使用する際は、自分のものに名前を書いてください。冷蔵庫内の自分のもの以外は使わないでください。
(7) チェックアウト
・チェックアウトの際、冷蔵庫の中から食べ物を出してください。
・TV、エアコン、その他電気などはチェックアウト時に消してください。
・チェックアウトするときは鍵は必ず返却ください。
(8) その他
・使用方法がわからない場合、故障の際はホストに聞いてください。
・貴重品はお預かりできません。貴重品の破損、もしくは金銭の紛失によって起きた損害は責任負いかねますので、ご留意願います。
・家具や家庭用電化製品などの部屋の備品の持ち帰りは禁止です｡

２　交通手段について
徒歩圏内に電車はありません。
最寄のバス停は　吉田[東伯郡] 、徒歩約１分です。
#ホストが住んでいる家の駐車場は無料で利用できます。
#少額な料金で、倉吉駅からの送迎もできますのでご希望の方は事前にご相談ください。

３　周辺地域への配慮について
(1)注意
・大声での会話・歌・大音量で音楽を流すことはお控えください。
・ドアは静かに閉めてください。
(2)ごみの処理
・ごみは、分別して住宅内に備え付けてあるごみ箱に捨ててください。
・住宅外のごみ捨て場や住宅の周辺にはごみを捨てないでください。

４　火災防止について
（１）調理中はコンロから離れないでください。
（２）調理器具・暖房器具・照明器具の近くに燃えるものを置かないでください。
（３）住居内は、禁煙です。布団やベッドの上では喫煙しないでください。

1. Using the Facility
(1)Foreword
・This facility is a private residence. You are requested to provide your full cooperation in maintaining a quiet residential environment.
・No additional guests.
・I prohibit parties in my room I prohibit loud and loud sounds.In particular, do not make a loud voice after 21:00.
・Please do not loiter in the corridor outside of the facility.
・Shoes must not be worn inside the facility. Please remove your shoes before entering.
・Do not wear slippers in the tatami room. Please take off your slippers before entering.

・Please turn off the TV, Air-conditioner, and other electricity when you are out.
(2) Checkin

・Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. In particular, do not flush tissue paper or plastics as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes.

・Please do not leave the water running.And wash your body outside the bathtub.

・Please use shampoo, body soap and conditioner freely.
(5) Smoking
・Smoking is not permitted inside the room.
・Please smoke at a designated place outside.

・ We can make waffle and drink coffee freely using existing ingredients (waffle mix, coffee beans). Free!

・When using a refrigerator, please write your own name. Do not use anything other than your own in the refrigerator.

(8) Miscellaneous

　 Walk About 1 min (0.9mile）.

#For a small charge, I can pick you up from Kurayoshi Station.

3. Showing Consideration for the Surrounding Area
(1) Noise
・There are many private residences in the vicinity. Please show full consideration for the people living in the surrounding area.
・Kindly refrain from speaking and singing loudly, and playing music at a high volume.
・Please close the doors quietly.
(2) Waste Disposal
・Please put your trash in the trash cans available within the facility.
・Please make separation of disposal of garbage for recycling purposes.
・Do not dispose of trash outside of the facility or near other private residences.

4. Fire Prevention
(1)Please do not leave the stove unattended when cooking.
(2) Please do not place flammable articles near cooking, heating, or lighting appliances.
(3) Smoking is not permitted inside the room. Please do not smoke on the futon or bed.

5. In the Event of Fire, Earthquakes, or Other Disasters
(1) Precautions During Disasters
・Please call the fire department immediately if you discover a fire. (Tel. No. 119)
・In the event of earthquakes, hide under a table or in a location where you will be protected from falling objects .
・Then switch off all cooking and heating appliances immediately.
・Evacuate to a safe location by following the Emergency Plan.

三徳山の「六根清浄」が参拝前に三朝温泉に浸かって身体を清めて精神を整えてから三徳山に入る、六根は「目、耳、鼻、舌、身、意」を意味し、帰路にはまた温泉に入って・・・これを「六感治癒」と呼びます。
Misasa Onsen is open for 850 years. It is certified as a Japanese heritage.
Mitokusan "Rokune Kiyoshi" is immersed in Misasa Onsen before being worshiped, cleans his body and prepares his mind, and then enters Mitokusan. Going back to the hot spring again on the way back ... It seems to call this "six sense healing" .

Japan has 4 seasons. Especially, countryside is very special.
Spring, you can see cherry blossoms.
Summer, you can swim in the clean river and see many fireflies.
Autumn, you can see the autumn color of leaves in the mountain.
Winter, you can see snow and play skiing.
You will be relaxed and enjoy in our property that is surrouded by beautiful nature.

We have time if there is a place not to know still more much and can discover a splendid place in the viewpoint of foreign various places and wants to be concerned with the breeding.
