You will get fully functional electric hob with an oven , microwave, kettle and toaster

Cutlery , plates , pots and pans and other essentials are provided

Tea , coffee , sugar and milk included in the price
Also if required additional linen, blankets and pillows are available on request with additional fee

This is self contained studio flat. You have sole access to the flat and you do not share any facilities with me. The entrance is same to all leading to the hallway, then you can directly go in to the flat without using any stairs.

Bathroom and the toilet located outside the flat in common hallway area but it’s exclusively use for guests.

Please respect my house rules.
I have two kids under 5 and sometimes/ occasionally you might hear them.

But you will have a flat completely separate from my living area hence the noise is bare minimum and not noticeable at all

I have explained what to expect before you make the booking and will try my best to host you and give you a pleasurable stay .
