Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs,Xbox with games, TVs in bedrooms, board games, books and magazines. Large communal garden. Bedding, towels and high chair included. Beach hut nearby to hire.

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Bournemouth.
Just a 5 minute walk to the beach in one direction and town centre in the other.
Purpose built holiday apartment block. Lift access to the apartment on the 2nd floor.
The apartment has large double glazed UPVC Windows and French doors to balcony. Beach and nautical theme decorations throughout with high quality furnishings. The bedrooms, balcony and living room are south facing so get the sunshine all day.

The living room has a 3 seater Brown leather sofa, a matching 2 seater sofa which is also a double sofa bed and there is an armchair plus a leather ottoman which houses the bedding for the sofa bed. There is a large Panasonic Smart Ultra HD LED TV with Freeview play and Netflix, Amazon prime video or can use to surf the internet. Also a Xbox 360 with 3 controllers and lots of games are included. There is a DVD player with remote and over 50 top title DVDs.
I have also included board games, cards, books, tourist information and a welcome folder with all the information for your stay including how things work, Wifi code, nearest shops, recommended restaurants, bars, how to get to the beach etc
The living room also features a tiled floor area where the solid wood dining table is with 6 chairs. There are further chairs in the bedrooms.
From the living room is the kitchen which has a full size fridge freezer, electric oven and grill with 4 ceramic hobs. There is an extractor hood, stainless steel microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle. I have included plenty of plates, pans, mugs, bowls, cutlery and utensils if you decide to cook and prepare meals. There is Deliveroo and Uber eats available in the area if you decide to order in food. There is also a washer dryer in the kitchen and a clothes horse in the apartment to dry on.

From the open plan lounge diner you walk through the hall into bedroom one which has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps and alarm clock, large wardrobe with digital safe if you would like extra security for belongings. There is a wall mounted 22inch Panasonic freeview HD TV. The bedroom leads through double glazed French doors onto a beautiful sunny balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast on or have a relaxing drink in the evening.

From bedroom one you walk back into the hall and turn left into bedroom two which is the biggest bedroom with a king size bed, double bunk bed plus a pull out single underneath. There are solid wood bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock, large wardrobe, 2 dressing tables with mirror and stool, hair dryer and a 32inch Sony LED TV with Freeview HD. There is also a travel cot.

Bedroom 2 has a large en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, mirrors and chrome heated towel rails. Toilet rolls, hand wash and shower gel are included in both bathrooms.

The main bathroom is located next to the front door and features a very large walk in shower, toilet, sink, mirrors and towel rails.

Please note there is no bath in the property. I have a small plastic bath for small children to bathe in.

There is an iron, ironing board, clothes horse to dry on, hair dryer, travel cot and high chair. Please note I don't provide bedding for the cot so please bring your own.

I include towels for each guest and bedding is provided (except cot). I also provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some biscuits so you can have a relaxing drink when you arrive.

In the hall there is an intercom, alarm and thermostat. There is no gas supply in the property, it is all electric and electric shower, oven, grill and hobs.

Outside there is one allocated parking space and a large grassy communal garden to the rear. If you bring more than one vehicle you can park on nearby Derby road or Annerley road but this is first come first serve.

There is also a bike storage area so if you want to bring bicycles and cycle during your holiday you can store them safely. A key to access the bike store is available at a small extra cost (£10).

I also have a beach hut located very close to the apartment. The beach hut contains lots of seating, games, parasols, wind breakers, beach tents, gas stove with kettle, pans, tea, coffee, fruit cordial, footballs, rounders, cricket sets, badminton, boules, buckets and spades etc. This is available to hire at an extra cost of £20 per day or £30 in summer. This is half the price of hiring a council hut and they only contain a few deck chairs.

Check-in from 3pm and check-out at 12pm. If you would like to check-in earlier on check-out later this is charged at £10 per hour and dependent on other bookings.

Great location in the East Cliff area of Bournemouth with the beach just 5 minutes walk away. There is a Co-op shop just 50 metres away so very convenient for getting your food and drink. The area comprises mostly of apartment blocks and hotels with it being so close to the beach and town centre. Opposite the apartment block is the Bournemouth Natural Science Museum. You can walk down to the beach to get to the town centre or walk along the Christchurch road or get the bus. The bus stop is just on the opposite side of the road to the apartment. The bus, train and coach station is just a 15 minute walk away so the apartment is a great base if you want to explore the area or just enjoy a beach holiday or weekend break to take in all of Bournemouth's attractions. I provide lots of tourist information in the apartment and in the welcome folder.

Having used airbnb when i went hiking in Norway with friends, I decided to use them for my holiday apartments in Bournemouth and have not been disappointed. All the guests have been very friendly, respectful and looked after the properties. I love living by the beach and am often there either paddle boarding, playing volleyball, surfing, jogging, cycling or just enjoying a leisurely stroll.
