Autres remarques
Being close to Old Town Albuquerque we are located in an establised, safe and older neighborhood on a very quite street.

Most of the neighbors are long term and have lived here for years. Lots of folks riding bikes, walking dogs and enjoying old town, the museums, shopping and restaurants.

Albuquerque, Nouveau-Mexique, États-Unis

The Sawmill district is located next door to Old town Albuquerque and was once the center of lumber production of New Mexico. Our home and adjoining land to the east, was once the location of a thriving Adobe Manufacturing factory.

The Sawmill district has a brand new high-end hotel, a fantastic Micro-Brewery and Sawmill Market Place - which is 8 Restaurants in one building!

A bakery/pizzeria, BBQ, and a local New Mexican restaurant are walking distance of our place. Be sure to check out our guidebook for a complete list.

Most of the area can be reached by walking, but a car is recommend to see the rest of Albuquerque including a tram ride to the top of Sandia peak 10,300 ft above sea level - bring a jacket!
