This newly renovated loft-style condo features high ceilings, exposed brick walls, trimmer beams and views of downtown Winnipeg with beautiful morning/afternoon light.

The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances such as a stove top, oven, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. As well, we offer basic cooking tools and supplies. In the bedroom you’ll find an extremely comfortable bed. floor to ceiling windows with dimming blinds. The pampering bathroom features a shower and bathtub with a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Additional amenities include self-controlled A/C, closet space with hangers, an iron and ironing board. The space is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use.

Enjoy a restful sleep on a high-end mattress that is in a spacious bedroom. This unit is unique to this building as it has a private rooftop patio for your exclusive use. During the months from May to October the rooftop patio is opened for use. Guests love bringing up food & drinks to the space to enjoy during the day or on an evening to watch the sunset. The rooftop has spectacular views of the downtown exchange district and is a unique experience that this unit offers.


What is provided:
-The unit is equipped with a washer, dryer and detergent for convenience of doing your laundry during your stay with us.
-Kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper and a variety of spices are provided.
-We also stock the place worth a french press coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.
-In the bathroom you’ll find that we have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
- High-speed wi-fi and Netflix
- Comfortable bed with freshly washed linens.

Here are a few THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting this loft:

1 - This unit is in a residential area, so NO PARTIES are permitted in this property at all times during your stay.

2 - The BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. Although there was a lot of time and detail put into constructing this unit, the nature of the building can allow for noise travel from other units. We don’t personally find this a bother, but a noise sensitive guest may. We do provide sanitary packaged ear plugs within the unit if need be!
Like any other older buildings, the walls can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Winnipeg. That said, it's not something that bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 10h00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a local, you should love your stay.

3 - Parking is free on the street from 5:30pm till 8:30am on weekdays. Saturday parking is free for two hours... So! If you arrive on a Friday evening you can park on the street until 10:30am Saturday morning! Sunday is completely free! Holidays are completely free as well! If there is holiday parking we will kindly remind you of this! Alternatively, you can park in a paid lot and there are plenty within the surrounding area. We find it most convenient to download “PayByPhone” app. This way guests can extend their parking time remotely.

****NO PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS*** (There is a zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit, or any type of party taking place. Noise complaints will result in a $200.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises)

* If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine for offenders*

* This unit is meant for quiet enjoyment.

* On some occasions we will have a parking pass available for rent at $14 daily that is in a 24.7 parking lot. If you are interested in this please kindly inquire and we will check its availability.


* If you’re looking forward to spending time on the rooftop in the summer months, book now! The space books quickly!

Beautiful area with a parks, cafe’s, restaurants, pubs and bars. Everything is within walking distance!

*** Parking: Throughout the day, Monday to Saturday parking on the street is $2 per hour. It is FREE from 8:30am till 5:30pm and FREE on Sunday.

There are plenty of paid lots surrounding the building. If you choose this option the rates are as follows: 3$ hourly, day parking from 6:00am till 6:00pm is $14, evening parking from 6:00pm till 6:00am is $14.

My recommendation: For evening parking I recommend parking on the street from 5:30pm till 8:30am on week days as it is free. If you require parking during the day I recommend finding a paid parking lot.
