This 1100 sq foot downstairs guest suite is the perfect spot for your getaway or visit to Utah County!

Our location is amazing, right near the Provo Canyon, near shopping malls, entertainment, and dining options, while still being tucked away in a quiet residential culdesac.

This is a downstairs apartment so you will hear some noise from the upstairs, that is why we have quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. If you need absolute silence or are unable to keep these quiet hours then this Airbnb is not for you.

The kitchen includes fridge, oven with stovetop, microwave, sink, and any kind of cookware or dishware you will need, eliminating the need to bring or buy your own.

The home is equipped with two queen beds, a queen air mattress, a twin-sized couch, and a pack n play. Our 1000 thread-count Egyptian cotton soft sheets and plush down comforters will make your stay a dream!

Washer and dryer available with detergent, dryer sheets, and iron and ironing board.

There is a large closet and dresser in each bedroom.

55 inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+ Apple TV and Plex (our own server with over 500 movies!). High-speed Comcast WiFi with download speeds of 80 mbps.

This suite has daylight windows, so even downstairs there’s lots of natural sunlight. Our home also has a grassy front yard and a gated grassy backyard.

The neighborhood is a very quite culdesac tucked away from the busy streets. We have very close access to Provo canyon that hosts Sundance the highest-rated ski resort in America. Sundance also has an annual film festival and it is a must-see. You can bump shoulders with A-list celebrities. 10 minutes away from the home is Bridal Veil Falls. It is a breathtaking waterfall that flows into the Provo River. The Provo River is known for its world-class flyfishing.

Love the outdoors and unique places to stay.

Ever since I stayed in my first Airbnb I have been obsessed with seeing all the adorable places that other hosts have created. I have traveled to many countries and I am fiercely loyal to staying with others and learning from other super hosts.

We bought this house because of its awesome location next to world class skiing, biking, climbing, fishing, and other amazing outdoor passions that my wife Megan (Co-Host) share.
