The CarriageHouse is a small loft to the rear of our apartment building. It has been recently renovated with modern finishes and an industrial spiral stair case. The living area, kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor with a spiral staircase leading upstairs to the bedroom. Cable and internet are included as well as a shared laundry a couple of steps from the front door.

This space may not be suitable for those who may have difficulty walking up steep stairs. The ceiling of the second floor bedroom is 4.5 feet and is sloped on the sides to match the roof line.
