Clean and spacious room in home. Easy access to major highways. Close to restaurants, parks and nightlife. Two large living rooms for privacy in common areas. Heated Pool and hot tub in back yard. I do have cats so if that’s an issue let me know and I can put in another part of the home for a short time. Bathroom is private unless other room is rented. Also, if you’d like to rent both rooms message me and we can workout a deal

I work a lot and I’m usually gone from 7am - 6pm or later depending. I’m available by text or phone through the day if needed. I can have as little or much interaction once home as you’d like but usually keep to myself.
