You'll love this beautiful, private studio in a historic home on Providence's East Side! Bright, comfortable, and cozy with plenty of space to relax, it has all the amenities you need for your stay. Located in walking distance to Brown University, RISD, Amtrak train, Downtown Providence, and Prospect Park. Day trip (<1 hr. drive/train) to RI beaches, Boston, and so much more. Private, keyless entry, fast WiFi, and street parking available to guests.

Le logement
***Free street parking is available to guests, but it requires a parking pass. We charge a refundable $100 security deposit for each booking, primarily as an incentive for returning the parking pass.

See the COVID update below for how we’re responding, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about booking (blocked dates, length of stay, etc.). We’re still adjusting to this new normal and will do our best to accommodate requests.***

The studio is located on the top floor of a historic house, with original floors and tons of character, but please note that there are steep, narrow steps to get up to the third floor. We are more than happy to help with your luggage, but we do not suggest the studio for anyone with limited mobility. We can safely store bulky items, like bikes, that may be tricky to get up the narrow stairwell.

In the kitchenette, you'll find everything you need for quick meals, takeout, and drinks- brew a delicious cup of coffee or tea, cook a simple meal on the cast iron hot plate or smart cooker, heat up leftovers in the microwave, and keep your beverages cold in the small fridge.

Your quiet, small and well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please let us know the breed and age of your dog before you arrive; we must approve any pet that stays in the studio prior to your arrival. Also, please note there is a small dog that lives on the premises in the house below the studio- Max is a 6-year-old dachsund-beagle mix, and he is friendly, quiet, and sweet. He's never met a stranger, and he would love to meet you if you're interested!

The studio is located in a family neighborhood- no parties, please. Quiet hours after 10:00pm.

For the warmer months, please note that you'll need to keep the bedroom ajar to take advantage of the AC. Because of the sloped ceilings, we had to locate the AC unit outside of the bedroom area. There will also be a tower fan and a small Vornado fan available.

Autres remarques
COVID Update: We are still hosting through the crisis.

To protect ourselves and guests, we are doing a deep clean between stays, leaving the unit open for at least 24 hours between bookings, and maintaining a zero-contact policy during stays (i.e. we’ll help you troubleshoot any issues but can’t enter the unit for any reason).

We've also created a guide with our favorite places to eat/things to since the pandemic started. We'll be updating frequently as things change: https://bit.ly/2X0UOzy

Thanks for considering us, and hope you and your loved ones are safe and well!
