Our condo is beautiful and a perfect fit for any family. It is well stocked and equipped for your vacation. Our unit is truly a home away from home. Our accommodations are well decorated, and you'll find yourself very comfortable in our spacious 1700 sq. ft home. OUR HOME IS THE LARGER FAIRWAYS 2 BEDROOM MODEL that has all the conveniences you'll need including a washer/dryer, private baths for both guests and master suite, and an extra half bath on the main floor.

We have one of the best locations at the Fairways, #803. From the downstairs lanai looking out toward the 12th hole on the Mauni Lani North course, enjoy the lovely swaying palm trees, lush green lawns, tropical plants, and the island of Maui while dining in semi-privacy as our home is tucked away from the pedestrian traffic areas. From the second floor balcony, enjoy morning coffee while gazing at the beautiful course and Maui in the distance. Our location also allows views of the beautiful sunset colors from both lanais.
Our kitchen is exceptionally equipped. All dishes provided. You will find our guest pantry filled with spices and other items needed for your cooking endeavors. Paper products such as paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc.. are provided for our guests. We also provide detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish washing detergent, and other items. There is also a high chair provided along with a pack and play. If you are a new visitor to our island, let us be your remote concierge. My husband and I have been visiting the Big Island for over 17 years. We've experienced numerous excursions and dined at numerous restaurants. We would be happy to pass on suggestions about restaurants and excursions to you.
Please note that the daily rate DOES NOT include the 13.25%
Hawaii State GE and TAT taxes. The tax will be billed separately after your booking. Airbnb does not collect tax upfront in Hawaii because they aren't required by law to do so. We collect and report our taxes as required by law. The state and local tax of 13.25% are due in advance upon arrival. A request will be sent through the Resolution Center about 2-3 weeks before arrival date. Again, the tax is NOT included in our daily rate.

Guests at the Fairways delight in the lush tropical landscaping and community atmosphere of this great vacation property . Enjoy exclusive access to one of the most impressive amenity centers in the resort , including a hotel-sized swimming pool, lavarock-waterfall, hot tub, and fitness center. The outdoor enthusiast will appreciate the extensive walking paths amid lava rock water features and swaying coconut trees. Our guests will have special access to the Homeowner's Beach Club. There's a gated area with reserve parking for our guests. This beautiful beach area includes comfortable lounges and a full service restaurant with restrooms. The beach area is a snorkeler's dream. It is great for novice and veteran snorkelers. Snorkel equipment is available at the Beach Shop activity hut along with other equipment. There are two golf courses in the resort area: Mauni Lani North and Mauni Lani South. Both being spectacular! You can also stroll to the world-famous Fairmont Orchid for an evening of poupous or walk to the petroglyph park and watch the sunset at Pauoa Bay.
L' Auberge Resort is also located in the Mauni Lani area.
