VILLA JACARANDA is a fabulous family villa located in a prestigious residential zone, with amazing town and sea views. With 4 floors of richly furnished living space, this is a perfect rental for sharing families. The house is embraced by mature gardens and a 60m2 swimming pool flanked by a gorgeous pond and picnic area...all securely gated for children to play safely! Here, you can create your own private kingdom in beautiful surroundings. 20 minute walk to Tavira Town and the boat to the beach

Le logement
This is an amazing house with plenty of space where 2 large families will feel comfortably accommodated. The villa has 4 living levels. The ground level has a grand entrance, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom and a reading room with sea facing terrace and sofa seating for those warm summer evenings and bright sunny days.
The first floor offers a master suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, and a spacious terrace with sea views. Adjacent are 2 further double bedrooms which share a bathroom.
On the uppermost level is a lovely sun room, which can also accommodate 1 or 2 extra guest, should there be a need!
The lower ground (Basement level) has been beautifully converted to a further living space comprising a large TV lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with 2 additional bathrooms. This flows to a comfy poolside seating area with cocktail bar, perfect for daytime tipples and evening sundowners.
The outside zones of this villa are simply wonderful, with mature trees, green grass, a pond with live fish, terraces, shaded pergolas, a number of dining tables and a traditional BBQ... as well as the gorgeous pool...the list is endless! All grounds are secure and perfect for children to play safely ensuring that adults and children alike can enjoy this villa and its amenities with an assured privacy.

3. TOURIST TAXES
All visitors to the East Algarve region are now required to pay a Tourist Tax, per person, per night, to a maximum of 7 nights. The nightly charges vary by town. The charges for this property are listed in the ´additional charges´ page. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas.

4. ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT FEE - DAMAGE WAIVER/INSURANCE POLICY
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable accidental damage waiver based on property size which will insure guests against accidental damage to the property of up to the value of €250. This cover excludes negligence, vandalism and incidental breakages such as broken glasses and crockery. For any damage that exceeds €250, Smartavillas reserves the right to invoice you for immediate payment. This fee is included in the booking for this property the fee is 45 euros.

Quinta de Perogil is a prestigious residential zone comprising of large detached villas with pools. Tavira Town Centre is easily reached on foot, so not essential to have a car ride - and then Once known as the capital of the Algarve, Tavira stands proud amongst Portuguese history books and you will not fail to be enthralled by its unspoilt charm, character and tranquility. As you wander along the cobbled streets, you'll see an abundance of history and wonderful architecture. A Roman bridge links the 2 parts of the town across the River Gilao, its sides decorated with traditional old bars and restaurants - perfect for lazy lunches or a glass or 2!.

On one side of the town there is a large square which has entertainment in the summer months, and by crossing the Roman Bridge to the other side of the town, you will find a little more life in the evenings with a great selection of restaurants tucked away down the streets and a few later opening café/bars. Features and things to visit include the many churches (37 in total!), the Town Castle and the Camara Obscura with its stunning aerial views. There is a range of shops to explore, as well as the old market building recently restored with cafes, shops and artisan, and also the traditional indoor market selling locally grown produce and fresh fish. To enjoy and see the full Tavira aspect, you can take the passenger train which follows a set route around the town, or you can personalize your experience by taking a ‘TUK TUK’ tour in the small vehicles for 2 – 6 persons.

Tavira is the perfect central location, with great bus, train and road networks connecting along the whole of the Algarve Coastline.
