The common area is the heart of this space. A large combined living room and kitchen makes it easy for you to really feel at home. Feel free to cook, relax and make yourself comfortable. Or relax on the couch, listen to music on vinyl, or catch up on some Netflix on the whole-wall projector.

1. What linens are included?
We provide all linens for beds, including 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bedroom.

2. What household supplies are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent and dish soap.

3.What does the kitchen include?
The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle. We do have a Keurig coffee machine, although we do not provide the K-Cups (guests are welcome to bring their own).

4.Do you allow pets?
No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances.

5.What time is check-in and check-out?
You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm.

6.Is an early check in possible?
We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival.

7.What does “private room” mean?
You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have other 3 rooms in the house that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the house during your stay. Common facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, are all shared.

8.How many bathrooms are in the house?
We have a private bathroom for your room.

9.How often are the common areas cleaned?
Our housekeeper arrives before the check-in to clean and sanitize the common areas of the house.

10.How fast is the internet?
Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is super reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.

11.Do you offer laundry?
Yes, we do have laundry machines that you can use during your stay.

12.How does the parking work?
You can park your car at our garage. We will give you the garage code.

13. Is my room safe?
Absolutely, your room will have a lock with a private keypad code. You can close and lock it when you leave or while you’re in the room. If you need anything, we’re just a message away.

A big reason why we generally prefer to stay in Airbnbs when we travel ourselves is that it gives us an opportunity to experience a neighborhood or a city the way that locals would experience it. Even if it’s just for a few days, you get to see how people live, how they interact with each other, what they do - and it can be really special and rewarding.

In our opinion - and we may be a bit biased - you couldn’t have picked a better neighborhood to stay at when visiting Nashville. East Nashville (where you are now!) is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in all of Nashville. People from all walks of life and all corners of the globe live, work and play side by side.

It’s a really convenient neighborhood where you can access everything from restaurants, bars, and downtown area within minutes. We usually joke around ourselves that no destination is more than 10-15 minutes away.

We're also just a 3 minute walk away from an amazing local brewery - Living Waters. Part brewery/part coffee shop, it's a great place to check out any time of day. In addition, here are a few more of our favorites:

Slow Hand Coffee + Bakeshop - 4 minute drive. Super delicious baked goods and great breakfast options too :)

Dose Coffee Shop - 4 minute drive, this is one of our favorites! Great atmosphere, lots of space for groups, delicious breakfast options and great coffee. Stop by!

Yeast Nashville - 9 minute drive. Specializes in Chezh-style kolaches, which are either savory or sweet baked buns filled with goodness. Highly recommend.

Cafe Roze - 7 minute drive. Solid breakfast options and also open from 8 to 10pm every day of the week.

We are Susan and Boris - a young, professional couple who are happy to host you in our home!

I (Susan) am originally from China and have been living in the US for nearly 8 years, having originally moved here for grad school and then ending up working as a digital marketer. My husband, Boris, is a startup founder who runs his own electric bike company.

I'm a huge photography buff - many of the photos you'll see in our house are the ones done by us in our travels.

We both love to travel ourselves and try to stay at Airbnb wherever we go. Over the last few years, we've traveled together to Africa, Cuba, Iceland, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia - as much as possible we love to incorporate travel in our lifestyle. Actually, in 2018, we've realized one of our biggest dreams - having done a 20,000 mile overland journey from US to Argentina by car. On the long-distance journey, we've stayed in many Airbnbs who have become the highlights for us.

We wanted to share our house with Airbnb guests as a way to pay back the incredibly hospitality and experiences we've encountered ourselves during our travels. We know what it's like to come to a new place for the first time and our goal is to provide you with a wonderful, cozy and unique place to stay and advice and feedback that you would expect from a friend.
