Le logement
Welcome to Ocean Shores and thank you for checking my listing!

Come stay and enjoy this self contained apartment with 2 bedrooms. The apartment will sleep 3 persons. The best thing about this place is the stunning view while sitting at the bar! The apartment boasts a very private room with a Queen bed and a room with a single bed and a walk in wardrobe! In addition you will have a shower, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is very private in regards to the neighbours. If you like more comfort , and even better views please se my other listing.

The Location
You will be staying only 2 km from the beach and the Ocean shores golf club is only 1 km also call Ocean shores country club. Shopping centre, bottle shop dentist pub and more, Within walking distance you will be in Brunswick head and in the middle of Reserves and National parks.

Activities
There are plenty of amazing activities to undertake while staying. There are work shops available to learn how to draw or to meditate. or learn how to live on light- air-love-prana.
Hiking to the summit of Mount Warning, which towers over nearby Murwillumbah, at dawn has long-been a "must do" for anyone visiting the north coast of New South Wales. Christened "Wollumbin", meaning "cloud catcher", by the Bundjalung people who inhabited the region before European settlement, it is the first place on the Australian mainland to be kissed by the morning sun.
I know it is one of the most rewarding and challenging climbs. But times have changed and these days out of respect for Bundjalung law and culture, you're asked to consider choosing not to climb the cone-shaped peak. As an alternative to the Summit Walk, the tourist office suggests you stroll along the 200m Lyrebird Track. While the Lyrebird Track certainly has its attractions, in my opinion you're better off hiking to Pinnacle Lookout in the nearby Border Ranges National Park. It offers some of the most spectacular views of the peak from anywhere along the coast.

Fashion sense
Thanks to myriad designers and innovative boutiques, Byron Bay has become the favourite stomping ground for many cashed-up young fashionistas. For the best buys, skip busy Jonson Street, which is starting to resemble a strip mall thanks to a line of tiresome chain stores, and take a wander down Fletcher Street, where you'll find an eclectic mix of fashions. In Sweet Papillon, local jewellery designer Nicole Sharratt creates exquisite, one-off, hand-made pieces. For home-grown labels such as Sass & Bide and Alice McCall, Madam Pompidou is the place to shop, while nearby Byron Hunter stocks all the best international brands.
If it's hidden local designers, unusual handmade items and unconventional treasures you're seeking then head out of town to Byron's Arts and Industry Estate. Here you'll find innovate shops like Slingfings and Bird on Banksia Drive, which prove that fashion can be sustainable using recycled fabrics and materials to create a funky range of handbags, garments and homewares. In keeping with the "green" ethos of their designs, both companies run on solar energy.

Head for the hills
Most people who tear up (or down) the Pacific Highway to northern NSW rarely take their eyes off the gleaming sands and blue waters of the coast to see what lies beyond the tarmac. From verdant valleys, peaceful villages, ancient rainforests and craggy escarpments, the north coast's hinterland is taking over Byron Bay as the new Promised Land. So turn off the highway and explore some of the back roads.
My favourite route follows the Bangalow Road through Bangalow and Clunes to Lismore, then following Dunoon Road detouring to The Channon and returning via Uki — stopping at the Mount Warning Pub for a drink — and Murwillumbah to the Pacific Highway.
During some of the months you will enjoy the unique opportunity to go whale watching! Often there are many dolphins around and there is great surf to be found in the area! Feeling a little more active? I have river kayak, surfboard, boogie board, donation are welcome
We are very close to an amazing lookout! 5 min walk.

About the House
Recently there have been lots of inquiries about the house. It is a two story house and I have added a few rooms underneath where you will be staying. There is tonnes of room, kitchen, bar, 1 room w/ a queen bed, 1 separate areas w/ single beds and day bed area. All new and decorated with my aboriginal artwork. There is heating and internet available also! And I do offer art, meditation, and Breatharian classes. And I also give a good local point of view on the good things to go do. It is a very open living area so for winter you need to bring an extra jumper :)

- Kim.

Please note: Due to the height/open layout, my house is unfortunately not suitable for adventurous children under the age of 10. They tend to be great climbers and I would hate to see them exposed to any danger at all.

Accès des voyageurs
welcome to enjoy garden.
Parking off road, ofter letter box.

Autres remarques
If you consider yourself old or stairs is hard, sorry this Treehouse is not for you, and remember winter time can be cold. But if you are looking for a fun and different experience, you find it.

The Seer, who walks alone. Kim Philipsen, Is now doing workshops, in drawing, meditation, mindful living, show ways in stoping anger, fear, hunger, stop sickness, slow down ageing. Learn to control your mind, and your addictions. Find happiness and freedom. Beat the system, avoid the dishes, and grumpy people, open your eyes and ears, find the beauty everywhere. LOVE IS ALL WE NEED (Website hidden by Airbnb) In (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) the stars were shining bright, and a handsome little devil was born. Danish artist Kim Philipsen's greatest love is capturing the spirit, in the face of Natives. Kim moved to Spain at the age of 12 where he met many artists. He realised that he wanted to become a portrait artist. 21 years young, Kim went to the Philippines where he met master artist Rick Gonzales. Kim and Rick became great friends, and Kim studied there for 4 years drawing and painting still life, landscapes, seascapes, and so on, and so Kim learned, as they did in the old days. It was easy to travel with pen and paper, and when Kim was in need of money, he did a portrait. For 15 years he went all over the World, having a good time, doing his art, and enjoying every moment. It was during these travels that Kim would happen upon the right face at the right time and deliver a stunning portrait. Today, Kim is no longer living amongst the starving artists but rather chooses to call the community of Byron Bay, on the North coast of Australia, his home. Kim has had 2 galleries in the past, but now enjoys doing his art from home or while travelling. My interest these days spirituality, love, white light, light food, fruit, dancing gardening, reading, swimming, walking, travelling, smiling, and must more.
