The approx. 36 m² studio of the "Galerie Blau" has been converted into a special maisonette apartment with separate entrance, small garden and wooden terrace and is available to our guests for exclusive use.

On the ground floor you find the living and dining area with kitchenette (with washing machine) and a small bathroom. On the terrace with a small garden you can relax in the hammock, have breakfast and barbecue, or simply end the day with a glass of good wine.

The property is centrally located, but quiet in a dead end street. There are plenty of parking possibilities in front of the door. The next tram stop is only 100 m, the next bakery only 300 m away. Further shopping facilities are also very close by.
