A split level secluded in a quiet neighborhood Near SAS, simple, safe and clean, hardwood flooring and tiled kitchen we offer the following as follows;
4 BR and 2 1/2 bath and comfortably fits 7 people. The main BR has a Queen-Bed ensuite, The 2nd BR has a Full-Bed and a twin bed and the 3rd (small) BR has a Twin Day Bed, The Family Den has been converted to a sleeping space (curtain partitions) and has 2 full-beds. Extra blankets and towels in the closets, 2-Iron and 2-Ironing board.

Full Kitchen,Living & Dining Room, Den with a log fire place and a concrete Patio.

One Flat Screen HD TV in the living room, with broadcast local channels and Free Wi-Fi access.

A full bathroom is shared by 2nd and 3rd BR's in the hall way. Towels/ Linens closet also located in the hallway.

A Full kitchen good enough to cook for your desired meal, Pot's and Pans and cutlery's are in the kitchen cabinets. Brand New Stove Top Oven, Dish washing Machine, Refrigerator, Coffee Pot, Electric Kettle, Microwave and Bread Toaster, Electric Blender, Rice Cooker, are available for your use. We do not provide breakfast but grocery stores are nearby.( Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Aldi, Walmart. Organic Grocery stores are nearby as well, Publix , Whole Foods Market, Trader's Joe within 7-15 minutes drive)
We are near I-40 and close to the Raleigh/Durham Airport with-in 15 minutes drive...or so (without traffic).

Very Safe and Quiet Neighborhood walking distance to SAS, approx. 20 to 30 minutes walk. There's a green way nearby also grocery stores, pharmacy. restaurants. Arboretum, Museums, Wake Med Soccer Park, Lake Crabtree County Park, Bond Park, w/ in 5 to 15 min. drive, PNC Arena, Carter Finley Stadium -Home of the NCSU Wolfpack, Meredith College, Duke and Chapel Hill with in 30 minutes drive Via 1-40

Cary Tran $5.00 per person and they will pick you up but need to call in advance, Uber and Lyft are just an Apps away and Taxi Cabs & car rental is nearby. I highly recommend and suggest car rental for long term stays.

Personalized PDF rental lease agreement must be signed by guest and emailed to host within 48 hours of receipt (or before arrival if check in is within 48 hours of reservation).
After you book, we will dispatch a personalized rental lease agreement to your e-mail address. A non-personalized one is copied for your reference below. The agreement is for the term of the stay and the cost of the reservation; it is null and void if you don't check in. If the agreement is not received in the time period defined above, the reservation may be cancelled by the host.

HOUSE RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease, made on DATE, is between AIRBNB HOST (herein called Lessor) and AIRBNB GUEST, (herein called Lessee).
Premises
In consideration of rent and other provisions of this lease, Lessor hereby leases to Lessee the premises known as
ADDRESS.
Terms
The term of this lease begins at 3:00 PM on CHECK IN DATE and ends at 11:00 am on CHECK OUT DATE – Airbnb confirmation code ______. If the Airbnb reservation is canceled prior to the start date and time above, this agreement shall be null and void.
Rent
The rent shall be paid in advance, in full, through Airbnb’s payment system for the reservation prior to Lessee taking possession of property. The rent is in the amount specified in the Airbnb confirmation listed above, and is refundable as per the Airbnb cancellation policy of the reservation.
Security Deposit
A security deposit subject to the Airbnb Terms of Service has been applied as described in the reservation details.
Lessor Obligations
Lessor shall make all repairs to the premises required by normal wear and tear. Lessor shall comply with applicable building codes materially affecting both health and safety and shall keep all common areas in a safe condition. Lessor shall provide electricity, heat, air conditioning, cold and hot water, trash collection, recycling and sewer services.
Lessee Obligations
Lessee covenants that the premises will be used only as a dwelling unit and in a manner that will not disturb neighboring Lessees and that will not damage the premises. Lessee also covenants that Lessee will not permit any others on the premises to either disturb neighboring Lessees or damage such premises.
Lessee shall discharge all obligations imposed upon Lessees by applicable building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety and shall keep the premises, including plumbing and other fixtures, appliances, and facilities as clean and safe as their condition permits. Lessee shall use in a reasonable manner all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and other fixtures, appliances and facilities on the premises and Lessee shall be responsible for any damage caused by Lessee’s failure to comply with this requirement. Lessee shall not use any other major appliances or equipment on the premises without written permission of Lessor.
Lessee shall not destroy, deface, damage or remove any part of the premises or permit any other person to do so and Lessee shall be responsible for any damage caused by Lessee’s failure to comply with this requirement. Lessee shall give Lessor prompt notice of any damage to premises or contents.
Lessee covenants that Lessee shall protect by adequate insurance any injury or damage from whatever cause to Lessee’s person or property and to the person or property of those on the premises with the consent of Lessee and Lessee will indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims arising from any such injury or damage but this provision shall not be construed to relieve Lessor of any liability to Lessee imposed by law.
Access
Lessee shall not unreasonably withhold consent to Lessor to enter and inspect the premises to make necessary or agreed repairs, alterations, improvements, or to supply necessary or agreed services or to exhibit the premises to contractors or workmen. Lessor may enter the premises in an emergency without the consent of Lessee.
Default by Lessee
If Lessee violates any of the provisions of this lease or any of the rules and regulations imposed by Lessor, Lessor may pursue all rights and remedies to which Lessor may be entitled either by law or in equity (including but not limited to, the right to terminate this lease and to recover possession of the premises), and Lessor may recover reasonable attorney's fees and other costs as allowed by law. Lessor’s waiver of any default by Lessee shall not be considered a waiver of any subsequent default. Lessee waives the benefit of any exemption under homestead, bankruptcy or insolvency law as to Lessee's obligations under this lease.
Additional Provisions
1. Lessee has read and agrees to the full Airbnb House description and House Rules in the Airbnb listing.
2. Lessor shall not be responsible for contents of refrigerator or freezer resulting from any cause.
3. Lessee shall keep Lessor informed about any needed repairs.
4. Lessee may allow QTY guest(s),(s), and no unapproved visitors and or pets in the. Modification, Applicable Law and Successors
This lease constitutes the entire agreement among parties and it may not be modified or changed except by written instrument executed by Lessor and Lessee. This lease shall be construed, interpreted and applied according to the laws of the State of North Carolina.
