Situated only 600 metres to the popular Nelson Bay foreshore and beach which is perfect for children and families. Along the foreshore path there are picnic tables, BBQ's, fantastic children's playground, and water sport activities plus the dolphin cruise departure. This pathway takes you all the way to D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping.

Unit 2 is a beautiful unit with unlimited Wi-Fi, an open plan, air-conditioned living, and dining area that leads out onto the balcony where you can sit back and admire the water views of the bay or watch the children frolic in the pool.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/freezer, Aldi coffee machine (BYO pods) and complete cooking facilities. Two spacious bedrooms both with ceiling fans and a bathroom with the bonus of a bath, shower, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The unit has secure undercover parking for two cars, park the cars and walk to all amenities as everything is at your fingertips. .

The complex has a communal grassed courtyard area around the sparkling in-ground pool, the pool also has a fantastic wading area for children to swim. There is access to a public grass area out the front of the complex where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. Although the unit is classed as ground level there are a few steps up from the entrance and parking.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, and no party policy in place.
