The beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom lakeside apartment at the Marina complex boasts captivating views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain range with full length sliding doors in the living area that open up onto your private balcony for you to enjoy and breathe it all in from the comfort of your outdoor furniture.

The apartment boasts new beds and mattresses, appliances including a coffee machine, bread maker, toasted sandwich press and rice cooker all added recently. Generously sized open plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, three en suite bathrooms, full laundry facilities & free complex parking. For your comfort the apartment has unlimited free WIFI, a flat screen smart TV in the living area and a second flat screen TV in the main bedroom, heat pump / air-conditioning, heaters in each bedroom and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Communal BBQ’s are also available throughout the complex.

Perfectly situated, a 10 minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a 5 Kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track which runs alongside the lake. Close enough to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your apartment. The apartment is also just a short 2 minute walk along the lake front to the famous Boat Shed cafe & bistro serving breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as Altitude brewery, a great place to chill out and try a wide variety of local beers and ciders, many of which are brewed on site.

We offer free mountain bike hire (2 x bikes available), so take advantage of the wonderful location, jump on the bike and cycle along the Frankton track which runs alongside Lake Wakatipu into Queenstown or around to Kelvin Heights. Contact us to book in.

We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We only use environmentally friendly and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the planet. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you for an extra fee.

You will also be able to enjoy our complimentary gift basket full of local and regional produce to get you started and refresh you from your travels. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment.

The Marina complex is perfectly situated, a 10 minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a 5 Kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track which runs alongside the lake. The apartment is also just a short 2 minute walk along the lake front to the famous Boat Shed cafe & bistro serving breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as Altitude brewery, a great place to chill out and try a wide variety of local beers and ciders, many of which are brewed on site.

The lakeside apartments is right next to one of the South Island's deepest glacial fed lake's where you can hire a boat or jet ski or if you’re game try Queenstown’s latest adrenalin activity, Jet boarding.

Conveniently located the apartment is 5 minutes drive from the airport, and Remarkables Park Town Centre where locals go to shop and 4 minutes drive to Sherwood, where you can try locally sourced, health conscious family style dining, live music, yoga and massages.

The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, are within a 40 minute drive from the apartment. There are multiple walking trails that can be found just outside the door for recreation, linking up with renowned Queenstown bike trails and multiple horse trails that run throughout the Wakatipu.
