Newly built internal studio unit on the ground floor with front patio. No expense was spared in making this the place a super comfortable place to stay in Cali. Main features include:
Fast WiFi, unlimited hot water, air conditioning in all spaces, European King size bed 200x180cm (79" x 71"), and a fully stocked kitchen.
All TVs can connect to Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc.
Perfect for solo travelers, couples, executives, medical tourists, and digital nomads.

This apartment is located on the ground floor, there are no stairs to climb, only one step up from the patio. The total size is 44 m2 or 473 sq.ft. and has been outfitted with hotel quality beds and pillows.

Parking:
No parking on premises but there are 5 public parking lots in a 1-block radius.

Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. Laundry is $30.000 COP per load (up to 10 kg). It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $30.000 COP per assigned day.

Safety:
For your safety, the access to the building is through a coded security door and the common areas of the building are always monitored with a camera surveillance system.
We maintain a small office onsite and there is a door man circulating the building at night.

The Centenario neighborhood makes an ideal location for anyone looking to explore Cali.
Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and some of the main attractions like the River Boulevard, Plaza Caicedo and San Antonio.

Centenario Shopping center is only half a block away with coffee shops, ATMs, food court, cinema and lots of shops.

Reaching the prime entertainment districts of either Granada or El Peñon is also an easy walk or if raining just a few minutes in taxi.

Finally, as the cherry on top, one of the city’s best restaurants, Platillos Voladores, is only one black away.

Back in 2010 I left my home country of Denmark to pursue a lifelong dream: To travel on a motorcycle from the United States to Brazil. And what an adventure it became… I ended up riding 54.000 km through 18 countries during that 15-month trip. I made friends all over Latin America. But one of those amazing friendships turned into a flirt and 2 years after finishing my trip I ended up moving to Colombia to begin a new chapter of my life. Today, after living in Cali for more than 7 years, I’m happily married and have two beautiful little daughters. Real estate investing has been my trade since arriving here. With my team, we have built and operated more than 54 units for short-term rentals with different investors, and we pride ourselves on having the highest quality units on the local market. I left my old partnership with Lifeafar and am currently developing new buildings on my own. I run the daily operation with my partner Harold via our management company EXSTR. Harold worked 8 years at a Marriott property in New York and breathes guest service. So if Harold or our assistant Jessica reaches out to you, don't worry - you're in good hands :-) We both love meeting people from all over the world and giving them a first-class experience is our number one priority as a host.
