Completely renovated in 2018 with style and quality, this house provides you 2388 sf of living space with a rare flat 11,0000 sf lot.

The Space
The large private backyard is embraced by cypress trees and ficus trees with an amazing canyon view. The newly renovated and remarkable patio has exquisite paving tiles, and it will surely be your favorite place to enjoy an afternoon tea or an outside formal dinner. The upgraded interior garage can be used as a gym or home office. The bright living room has an upgraded fireplace and a big TV wall, renovated kitchen comes with marble countertops, Bosch appliances and plenty of pantry storage. The formal dining room features a wet bar, with an additional bright breakfast nook.Renovated master bathroom and recently refreshed guest bathroom. 3 quiet bedrooms all come with spacious walking-in closets, as well as abundant interior and outside stores.

Other Things to Note
It’s important to note, all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 PM. Neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at a reasonable and respectful level at all times. We can’t have complaints of loud music, guests being loud while entering/leaving the property in the street, or people hanging out in the backyard being too loud. It’s important to be mindful of this while booking. Also, anything over 10 people isn’t allowed unless cleared prior to check in.

The house is equipped with civilian security cameras (outdoor only and covering them is NOT allowed and will cause immediate eviction.

We are available for questions by email, phone call or text message throughout most hours of the day. Staff is always nearby if an emergency occurs.

Accommodates: 6 (No more than 11 people at any given time unless approved).

Parking: 1 spot in the driveway, and minimal street parking. No Garage Access.

Pet Policy: There is a $250/pet per stay fee upon approval.

Extra-Person: Per City of LA home sharing regulations, overnight guest is calculated by # of bedrooms x2. Number of overnight guests exceeding this limit will be charged $100/guest per stay. (If Approved)

Rates may vary depending on length of stay, season, and guest count. Please note that rates for homes located in the city will start off at $1,500 with a 3-night minimum stay. Please note that the nightly rate does not include taxes and fees.
