Welcome to Seaside Outlook! This 4BR/3BA home is perfect for guests who desire to be close to the beach, appreciate stunning sunrises and sunsets while drinking coffee or playing cornhole on the rooftop deck!

The shared pool is right outside your door! This pool is shared with only one other home (1 pool per 2 houses).

Guests have 3-4 parking spots depending on vehicle size, even more with tandem parking, as long as the drive nor street is blocked.

Walk inside and be inspired. You will be mesmerized for hours with each piece of coastal décor, carefully chosen for your beach experience, and beautifully put together for a look and feel like no other. From the green stained concrete floors to the painted walls, and everything in between, Seaside Lookout is part of your beach vacation!

Although beautiful, Seaside Lookout offers much more than a gorgeous space. It has everything a chef would want and need to prep, cook, serve and dine in the kitchen area. A large dining table is perfect for dining with your family and friends. Open to the living area, you'll find a large TV, couch and side chairs. Time to relax!

Also on the main floor, is a laundry closet with washer and dryer for guest use, cleaning supplies and a few more kitchen gadgets for the cooks!

One King master suite is downstairs; this one has a king bed, sitting chair, armoire, and twin/twin bunk beds. There is a hallway bathroom shared with guests.

Upstairs you'll walk up to a 2nd living space with another large TV and oversized couch to get comfy and enjoy some down time! This floor also has a 2nd hallway guest bathroom and the 3 additional bedrooms:

Exit out to the rooftop deck (no children allowed without adult supervision at all times). You will find yourself inspired to wake up early to catch the sunrises over the gulf and you'll want to bring your camera for amazing sunsets! Loungers for afternoon naps, couches for family and friends to gather to share laughs and make memories, and some games to keep everyone competitive and having fun is what you'll find at Seaside Lookout Roof Top!

House Rules and Things to Note:

Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
NO SMOKING in the property. This is a non-smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 12 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to arrival.

STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.

Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.

Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.

Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.

There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if community pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.

If police are called to the property for any reason, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

We offer our guests a guide for our fave restaurants, activities, bars, nightlife, golf cart rental discounts and many other recommendations.

Seaside Lookout is located in the Terrace Landing subdivision. It's a guest fave because it's very easy to get to the beach by golf cart, bike or car. It's only a few blocks. It's also easy to get to all of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment areas in Port A.

We are Jim Sokoloski and Chuma Jerome, your vacation rental hosts and founders of SWAY, a personal, vacation rental host marketing and management company for short term, vacation rental properties, currently located in Port Aransas, TX and have recently expanded into Corpus Christi on the North Padre Island side.

We are a family owned business that sprung from our love of real estate, and passion for hospitality, business AND the beach! In 2017, we purchased a few properties in Port Aransas and have been successful in marketing and managing them. Our friends and neighbors noticed that we were taking our properties to the next level, guests were enjoying a better experience and they quickly asked us to manage their own piece of paradise in Port Aransas and Corpus Christ. As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born!

Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner. It is the SWAY way!
