Welcome to Rustic Chalet! This fully renovated (completed in 2022) cabin is the perfect luxury mountain getaway for you and your family. While much of the furniture and decor is new and boasts a more mid-century modern feel, it was important to the owners to maintain the integrity of the original build by keeping the original Saltillo tile in certain areas, hand-crafted baseboards, thick, rich wood beams, and arches throughout. Step inside to see the amazing view of Wheeler Peak through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen has all new appliances, backsplash, quartz countertops, and is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking a homemade meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a coffee/wine bar, complete with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and electric water kettle, plus a wine fridge to keep your beverages cool. Just down the hall from the kitchen and laundry room are two-cozy but spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable and luxe queen-sized bed, closet system, and smart TV. The full hall bathroom is just a few feet away from each of the queen bedrooms. It has all new gorgeous tile on the walls, a new tub, a new sink, updated lighting, and plenty of natural light. The Living Room boasts a gas fireplace and a large screen TV to stream your favorite shows with complimentary Hulu Plus and Disney Plus. The Primary Suite has a plush California King-sized bed, a smart TV, and double doors leading out to the large deck. The en-suite bathroom has a double walk-in shower and soaker tub, plus plenty of closet space and natural light. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 cozy full-sized beds, a smart TV, games, and a shuffleboard table for a little après-mountain activity fun. The most gorgeous view of Wheeler Peak can be seen from up in the loft area. Take a look out the windows to see skiers making their way down the slopes. With only a 7-minute walk to the base of Angel Fire Resort plus several restaurants and shops, the location is completely ideal! Enjoy s’mores by the fire pit, grilling food on the propane grill, or taking a quick stroll to restaurants and shopping. The Angel Fire Country Club boasts a gorgeous golf course, indoor pool, restaurants, and bar and is only a 6-minute drive away from the cabin.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.
GOLF COURSES: Angel Fire Resort Golf Course (1.7 miles), Valley Escondido Golf Course (12.9 miles)
DAY TRIPS: Taos and Taos Pueblo Village (24.9 miles), Taos Ski Valley (43.7 miles), Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (36.6 miles), and Santa Fe (92.6 miles)

Each property is fully furnished, including linens, towels, blankets, pillows, basic pots and pans (if you are planning on making a special recipe that requires a particular sized dish, please bring it with you), and small appliances. We also furnish basic supplies sufficient for a three-night stay; including paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. If you need more supplies during your stay, you may purchase them either at the local grocery store or at the check-in office. If your unit comes equipped with a washer/dryer, you will need to supply your own detergent, as we do not provide it due to allergy concerns. Each unit is stocked with towels according to the number of people the unit can sleep. Should you desire a towel exchange during your stay, you may either choose to wash your towels in your unit (providing your unit has a w/d) or exchange them at the check-in office for a fee. Should you know in advance that you will need more supplies, extra pillows or blankets, you may want to bring these items from home. Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. Nous sommes arrivés pour la première fois à Angel Fire en 1999 et avons commencé à faire des visites annuelles. En 2012, nous avons décidé que les visites occasionnelles ne suffisaient pas, nous avons donc beaucoup acheté. Nous avons fait le grand saut et avons construit notre coin de paradis en 2014. Il est rapidement devenu assez évident que nous avons adoré être là plus qu'être à Dallas, au Texas. Nous possédons et gérons notre propre entreprise depuis plus de 25 ans et apportons cette expérience commerciale avec nous dans les complexes hôteliers d'Angel Fire. Nous avons une excellente équipe de spécialistes prêts à vous aider.
