I'm close to Organic Earth Bar, Gelson's Market, Hamburger Mary's, and Hugo's Restaurant. This home is within walking distance to popular destinations on Santa Monica Blvd., Melrose Ave., and The Sunset Strip. There are also many day spas and gyms nearby (Equinox/24 Fitness/Crunch Gym, Burke Williams Spa, etc.). There is a dry cleaner within walking distance. Whole Foods, Trader Joe, and Sprouts Market are just a few blocks away. I'm next to the beautiful, peaceful Kings Road Park and MAK Art and Architecture Center (museum and gardens aka Schindler's House). I also know unique places in town that I share with new guests. Everyone loves to stay here!

This is a shared space but with complete privacy when needed (I'm often out or working in my room/office; you'll feel the place is your own most of the time.). My interests include reading, movies, martial arts/dance, theatre, sports/bodybuilding, fitness/fashion modeling, hiking, and more. I'm bi/gay-friendly so please know that you're safe and respected here. I'm politically independent/reasonable. ------ Cleanliness/hygiene is a top priority in my home. I use non-toxic cleaning supplies. This is a non-smoking, drug-free environment. ----- I have experience in hospitality working for a 5-star hotel. I've modeled and have been employed in many service-related fields. I'm a college-educated and well-rounded individual who respects people and animals.
