REEF is located directly across the road from Collers Beach and only 800 metres walk along the water's edge to Mollymook Beach. The beach house is the ideal holiday destination to enjoy your seaside escape. With its sunny north-east aspect the beach house is positioned perfectly to take full advantage of the uninterrupted ocean views.

Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms, main bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area and a huge deck with BBQ.

Downstairs, the house has two bedrooms, second bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, laundry and double garage.

The beds are high quality and fitted with hotel grade linen. Towels and beach towels are provided to ensure a hassle free and relaxing stay.

In the kitchen, basic cooking supplies in the cupboards are yours to use and all the essential kitchen supplies, including coffee machine are provided.

There are many activities within walking distance.
Collers Beach (100 metres away) is a small, sheltered sandy beach often used for swimming or snorkeling or ski paddling.

The Bogey Hole (250 metres away) is a large natural rock pool protected from the ocean swells. It has a small sandy beach and the pool has a sandy floor. Popular with families with young children and is great for splashing around.

Mollymook Beach (850 metres away) is the most famous beach in the area. The beach is about 2km in length and offers many spots for swimming and surfing. The beach is patrolled by Mollymook Surf Life Saving Club. Facilities at the surf clubhouse include showers, toilets and a café.

Mollymook Golf Club (850 metres away). This is one of the largest licensed clubs in the district and has spectacular views north along the length of Mollymook Beach. The club operates two golf courses – the Beachside Course (9 holes) is adjacent to the club; and the Hilltop Course (18 holes) is about 10 minutes drive away.

Ulladulla Harbour (1 km away) is home to a thriving commercial fishing industry. Don’t forget to visit this beautiful area and sample quality local seafood. A highlight of the area is the ‘Blessing of the Fleet’ every Easter – not to be missed.

Fishing is popular on the rock shelf at Collers Beach (across the road).

Shopping in Ulladulla is a short walk away (less than 1 km). Supermarkets, post office, cinema, cafés etc, and some excellent restaurants.

*Within the Community
Mollymook is located between the historic township of Milton (5 km away) and the modern retail district of Ulladulla (1 km away). These towns act as a hub for extensive rural, agricultural and suburban activities. The resident population of the community is about 20,000]but during holiday season there are many visitors.

Milton was established in the late 1800s, originally to support logging and dairy activities. The town retains much of its old world charm and is surrounded on most sides by small and medium scale farms. The main street is well known for boutique shops, cafés and retail stores.

Milton Theatre is a popular venue for visiting bands and performers. It is run by the community for the community. The venue has excellent acoustics, is small (seating 200 people) and most acts sell out well in advance.

The district hospital is located in Milton.

Ulladulla was originally established to support local fishing activities but quickly grew into the commercial centre for the district. There are several shopping complexes with supermarkets, banks, professional and medical services firms, large and small retail stores etc.

I live on 100 acres, with my husband, a herd of beef cattle, 4 goats, 2 alpacas, a horse and Lexie (my border collie). I enjoy reading, being a farmer, ocean swimming, bike riding, listening to live music and spending time with family and friends. I have always loved hosting and entertaining friends in my home and now, having bought this magical property in Mollymook, I am very excited and privileged to share our beach house with my valued guests.
