“About where the wild west began so tons of history with Hanging Judge Parker's Courtroom, old pharmacy, old jail, gallows, etc. Beautiful grounds. Feel free to take a picnic or lots of restaurants close by. ”

“Early in the morning and late in the evening are the best times to see elk throughout the Boxley Valley. Whether or not the elk are out, it's always a scenic drive with plenty of places you'll want to pull over. This valley is a favorite with photographers. ”

“Bridal Veil Falls is a premier destination while visiting Heber Springs. Th entrance is maintained by the local Rotary club and has a newly constructed entrance path and overlook deck. You look down upon a 35+ foot waterfall. Many hiking trails. ”

“There are actually two waterfalls in this area.And easy hike to the first waterfall to view it from a deck. The other fall is to the left around the mountain you can usually hear the water. The trail is a little bit more strenuous be careful. You can also go down the mountain to the base of the waterfall”

“We recommend dinner at the Queen’s Restaurant as its only a short trip from our cabin up Rich Mountain. They have an all you can eat seafood buffet Friday and Saturday nights and great menu items. You can order your favorite wine, beer, or mixed drink with dinner here too. ”
