Tucked away behind clumps of overhanging bamboo and Bangalow Palms, Studio 37 is filled with cosy couches, wooden furniture, a separate bedroom, modern bathroom, a dining enclave and fully-equipped kitchen for preparing afternoon cocktails and share-plate feasts. And that’s just the inside. Outside is a sprawl of tropical plants surrounding a private outdoor deck with trellises, palms and deck chairs; perfect for kicking back with a margarita (or two). Please note we also have "Byron 37", we also have a 4 bedroom house that can be rented as well.
For all your holiday needs, directly across the road is The Byron Bay General Store & Cafe and within a five minute walk are The Roadhouse cafe (an Instagrammers fave!) and The Green Garage organic cafe and grocer. A ten minute walk will see you in the centre of town struggling to choose between the many restaurants, bars and cafes to dine at including everything from the beachfront Beach Byron Bay reaturant to the late-night Locura bar to the ultra-casual ‘hole-in-the-wall’ eateries of Bay Lane.

    Set in lush private garden at the back of the property, this self-contained studio is attached to the main-house. The separate spacious bed-room has queen-size bed. It is cosy and comfortable with A/C, TV, WIFI, stereo; bathroom with bath-tub, rumpus/living/kitchen area, (extra single bed if needed), fridge, 2-plate cooker, kettle, toaster oven. as well as an outdoor warm shower. Laundry facility can be used on request in the main-house. We're in a quiet suburban area, close to public transport and shops, 10 minutes bike-ride to Tallows Beach Suffolk Park; 5 km into CBD Byron Bay (you can hear the ocean at night!) Suffolk Park is south of Byron with shops, (pharmacy, bottle shop, post-office) pub, restaurants, beach in walking distance. It is a delightful bike ride or walk through bushland to a tidal lagoon with abundance of wildlife before you hit the dunes of Tallows Beach. Enjoy this great location to immerse yourself in all that the Byron area has to offer. If possible we prefer non-smokers or smoking outside only. Pets negotiable.

    Cloud House is a fully self-contained one bedroom apartment and is priced at $132/night for a minimum of 2 nights. It's set in rainforest where by day you are in the treetops and by night you live with the moon and the stars. In addition, for a larger party the Rainforest Room is also available for an additional $30/night. This has a king size bed and its own verandah, is adjacent to Cloud House and shares its kitchen and bathroom. We can also make up a mattress on the floor for a child.
    Located on our 12 acre property, Cloud House has a queen size bed, sitting space and balcony on the top floor and a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and washing machine downstairs. Our comprehensive welcome letter, map, brochures and guide books suggest things to do and places to go. This means the Cloud House complex is suitable for a romantic interlude for two if you just book Cloud House or, if you book the Rainforest Room as well, it will accommodate a small family, one extra adult or two couples. In addition to cutlery and crockery, the kitchen contains a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven with four hot plates and an electric frypan. A washing machine and a BBQ are immediately outside the kitchen. All bedding is provided, including sheets, blankets, doonas and towels. Cloud House and the Rainforest Room have WiFi for internet access. This is provided free of charge as is the provision of undercover parking for one car. We offer the tranquility of the bush while being seven minutes drive from our local village of Federal and its Japanese cafe (recently favourably reviewed in the New York Times), 30 minutes from iconic Byron Bay and 20 minutes to shops and cafes at Mullumbimby and Bangalow. National Parks are within 10 minutes drive.
    The major attractions of the neighbourhood are the peacefulness, the scenery and the community. For guests seeking active recreation, walks in the Nightcap and Goonengerry National Parks are recommended. Both have waterfalls in the rainy season. Surfing at Byron Bay and other local beaches is always enjoyable and the water is warm all year round. Or you can just relax and feel the calm.

    Before you read on, check out a guests review...... "This is a brilliant apartment. It is ideally located on the Richmond River and is a short walk to the centre of Ballina. The fittings and furnishings are all of the highest order with the beds being exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen appliances are all of high quality as is the crockery and glassware. We could not fault Villa Riviera in any way. The photos are a true reflection of the apartment which is often not the case. Do yourself a favour and book a week here!!" Villa Riviera is a stunning, spacious split level river side apartment fully furnished in a comfortable contemporary style. Situated right on the beautiful Richmond river it provides you with your own backyard beach. Watch the leisure craft, fishing boats and bird life pass you by from the outdoor dining area or upstairs master bedroom. Guests have even greeted dolphins frolicking by. The galley kitchen is equipped with modern facilities including dishwasher and is open to the lounge/dining and balcony areas for easy entertaining. Stretch out on the expansive lounge suite and enjoy a movie on the large wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD. Dine inside or out, on either of the two comfortable dining suites - the choice is yours and if the cool river breeze isnt enough to cool your down then the reverse cycle air-conditioning is an option. A second downstairs bathroom and a separate laundry comprising both washing machine and dryer are also provided. The generous main bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, air-conditioning and an over-sized window which stretch across the length of the entire room overlooking the Richmond River. A private lounge setting is also nestled next to the windows....perfect for a quiet cup of tea and a good book! The roomy second bedroom is equipped with both a queen size and single bed with plenty of space to spare. Another large, flat screen TV is also wall mounted for the kids/another couple to enjoy and it too is air-conditioned. All windows in the apartment have both sheer and blackout curtains in case you want to enjoy a luxurious sleep in! You can travel light as pillows, linen, beach and bath towels are provided. Tea and coffee are included along with a selection of basic cooking condiments to help you start your well deserved break! There is also a mobile internet modem for basic internet use as it is not equipped for large downloads or movies.
    A small country beach-side town. Plenty of surfing, fishing and water sports with some of the most beautiful coastline in Australia. Our neighbours are lovely and friendly (particularly aunty Maureen) and are always happy to pass on some 'local knowledge'.

  • Très proche de la perfection. Ouvrir la porte et voir de l'eau littéralement sur le seuil de la porte était incroyable. Un charmant 5 min à pied de la ville. Un parc pour chiens juste là, qui facilitait la vie avec notre petit bébé en fourrure. L'accès est facile pour lancer des kayaks et une belle boucle de 9 km de canotage facile. De nombreuses petites touches étaient la cerise sur le gâteau et du linge propre et impeccable. Oh, et la vue de la chambre principale est incroyable.

Whale watch from your bedroom in winter, cycle the bike paths and kayak on the creek. Take scenic drives through subtropical rainforest and explore World Heritage listed National Parks - even climb Mt. Warning. Visit weekend markets for local produce and crafts.

The view is magnificent both east and south to Byron Bay. Less than 10 minutes drive to Brunswick Heads where you will be charmed by the beauty of this little village.

The freshly renovated apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely near the sea. The main bedroom, bathrooms, dining and living areas are all on the lower level. The space is clean and practical, with WIFI, linen bedding, Nespresso coffee machine and a large format TV for movie nights after a day at the beach. It is up to the guest if they want to connect the TV to the internet. It is particularly suitable for people wanting a space to unwind, with a small studio upstairs equipped with a yoga mat and writing desk. Complete with fly screens and ceiling fans (although the sea breezes will keep you cool and calm). The space is very private with glimpses of the ocean both north and south. The unit is within walking distance to the beach (500m). The space has been thoughtfully curated to provide you with an elegant retreat. The main bedroom complete with a Queen size bedroom and private en-suite faces the ocean. The second bedroom on the mezzanine level is perfect for yoga (mat and bolster available in the spare cupboard) or some writing. For anyone sleeping there, the bed are a single air mattress, pillow and bed linen. The living room boasts a large screen SMART TV complete with a Bose speaker. The speaker is necessary for the TV sound. There are lots of classic movies on DVD in the TV unit, so rest easy on the sofa after a day on the beach. Ceiling fans throughout however the sea breeze makes them rarely necessary.
    Brunswick Heads is the perfect place for a lazy organic breakfast. There are takeaway options (coffee and food) during the current community operating hours (as of April 2020). Wander down to the mouth of the Brunswick River afterwards to catch a sighting of dolphins or the very least the magnificent ocean vista.

Il bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique surplombant les plages d'Ocean Shores et d'un accès rapide aux commerces et à quelques pas de la plage de New Brighton. L'endroit en lui-même était très propre et confortable, comme une maison loin de chez soi. Les hôtes étaient très charmants et faciles à communiquer, ils étaient très gentils et serviables pour nous suggérer des activités à faire dans la région. J'ai absolument adoré cet endroit, je ne le recommanderai jamais assez!

Être dans le club de golf était fantastique et très pratique pour le dîner. Avoir 2 salles de bain était fabuleux. Perfect for families and small friendship groups it includes, two separate large living areas, one on entry level with a lounge and open plan kitchen/dining, a large sunny balcony overlooking lush bushland - perfect for alfresco dining, and also downstairs is a lounge/media room with Netflix and Fetch TV (Optus).     With the sound of the surf rolling in, arrive & feel relaxed in my modern Two Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Spa Apartment at the more exclusive Balé at Peppers Salt Resort. Bed in main BR, 2 King singles or Super King in 2nd BR with Queen sized sofa bed in the study nook. Ensuite in main BR includes a luxurious spa bath. You will be surprised by the little extras offered in my apartment for remarkably a lot cheaper than commercial establishments.
    I invite you to enjoy this spacious, family-friendly air-conditioned apartment located on the ground floor of the Balé complex. The complex has only a small number of apartments, and due to the current situation, you will hardly interact with anyone. Perfect for that social isolation and distancing required. And with the local restaurants offering home delivery, you can either cook in with the fully-featured kitchen or dine on the local cuisine. Relax and enjoy views of the park from the elevated private Balcony and listen to the beautiful sounds of the ocean or take a swim in the stunning 25-metre heated pool, all easily accessible from the level the apartment is on. For a stroll or swim in the ocean, access is through a back access gate and pathway which leads down to the beach. The beach is patrolled by the local Salt Surf Life Saving Club. Across the Salt Central Park, enjoy the many and varied local cafes and restaurants including the Salt Bar and Restaurant which boasts a children's play area. The Central Park itself is a great place to kick a ball, have a hit of cricket, picnic with the family or just let the kids have a runaround. Note* If more than four guests are staying, there is an additional charge of $10 per person/night to cater for cleaning and laundry. The Apartment The apartment is situated approximately halfway between Kingscliff and Cabarita with beautiful walking/cycling tracks to both locations and beyond. The apartment has two bikes available for your use in the lock-up storage in the car park and for those that like tennis, Peppers Salt Resort has a court available for hire. I offer self-check-in, which enables you the freedom to arrive at any time. I am contactable anytime during your stay should you have any queries. The modern kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and is supplied with all you could ask for. The apartment is located in Bale @ Salt Kingscliff and boasts two car spaces available for your use in the secure, monitored undercover car park. A large balcony with an outdoor table setting is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner or unwind with a glass of wine. Foxtel is provided free of charge in the living room with TV's in each of the two bedrooms. Guests have access to 4G Wifi broadband internet. The main bedroom features a deluxe double spa bath with sliding door access to the spacious Balcony. If air conditioning is not your style, crack open the door, lock the screen doors and listen to the soft, soothing sound of the ocean waves as you drift off to sleep. A full-sized bathroom services the second bedroom. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. A separate laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes drying rack for your use. Beach/pool towels are provided, and a beach tent is also available for your use. For families with little ones, the apartment is equipped with a high chair and a porta cot. The Resort The Spa at Salt offers world-class luxury treatments for both men and women, including facials, body wraps & polishes, hydro baths and Vichy showers. All treatments begin in the Tranquility Lounge, where you can return after your treatment has concluded, to take full advantage of the complimentary steam rooms and spa baths. Alternatively, some treatments which are offered at the Day Spa can also be enjoyed in my Bale apartment instead. An access card for the Peppers Lagoon pool will be available to you but will have to be re-coded by you at the Peppers Reception for the period of your stay. As this apartment is not managed by the in-house Peppers team, room service, housekeeping and room charge are not available. It is my desire that all my guests relax and thoroughly enjoy their stay in my apartment so much so that they will be keen to return. You will be pleasantly surprised with the extras that I include free of charge. There is everything that a couple or family could want including games, playing cards, books, Foxtel entertainment and beach equipment including beach tent, a beach cricket set and bodyboards. For those that wish to explore the beautiful and scenic northern coast of New South Wales and South East Queensland, at your disposal and just a short drive away are many fantastic attractions. These include the splendours of the Lamington National Park and its many lookouts, waterfalls and rainforests, the border ranges, Mt. Warning if climbed early, captures the first rays of sunrise striking mainland Australia, Byron Bay, Murwillumbah and the Tweed Coast are just some of the many nearby, beautiful spots to explore. For further information, please refer to my neighbourhood section. With previous guests, I have been marked down on value a few times, however, please be aware this is a two-bedroom Spa Apartment and offers great value and is so much cheaper, usually 50% less, compared to Peppers which for the same apartment-style, cost a lot more than what I am offering. Please do not compare this with the one-bedroom (no spa) apartments on offer at Peppers.
    THE NEIGHBOURHOOD & WHAT’S AT YOUR DOORSTEP My home is located within the Bale Resort, beside Peppers Resort at 27 – 37 Bells Boulevard, Kingscliff. My home was built in 2005 and is in the newer area of Kingscliff alongside the location of Casuarina. It is located in a beautiful part of the Tweed Coast in northern New South Wales. If you love the beach but not the crowds, this spot will be ideal for you. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin (et plus) fourni par Robyn et nous pourrions passer un séjour relaxant avec notre jeune famille. L'appartement était impeccable et confortable. Nous avons apprécié avoir tant de choses à faire à distance de marche (nous n’avons pris la voiture que pour faire les courses à notre arrivée) et à la fin de la journée, nous nous détendions sur le balcon donnant sur le parc / la plage. Nous avons adoré pouvoir sortir de la porte et rejoindre la plage en quelques marches et prendre un bon café matinal au café de chaque côté. La décoration des surfeurs et la verdure fraîche autour de la maison ont créé une atmosphère de détente dans laquelle nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l'aise. Andrew était un hôte réceptif, donnant des conseils sur les endroits où manger, laissant des friandises bien pensées dans un panier et fournissant des serviettes de bain douces et moelleuses. Nous avons eu le repos dont nous avions tant besoin.

L'appartement est vraiment bien conçu avec des sols en béton poli et une grande cuisine. La plage est littéralement juste en face de l'appartement et vous nagez dans l'eau en 1 minute à peine de votre appartement. Il y a aussi 2 cafés incroyables à 2 minutes à pied.
