    Our charming and characterful home is located in the riverside village of Newport-on-Tay, only 5 mins from Dundee on the banks of the River Tay. This spacious 2-bed apartment has stunning views of the river, Rail Bridge across the Tay and some amazing sunsets can be seen from the comfort of the sofa or bed! A newly installed dining-kitchen has high-quality integrated appliances and the bathroom is also new, with double-ended bath and rainfall shower. A private decking area is yours too.
    Located in the centre of the charming village of Newport-on-Tay, with beautiful views of Dundee, our first floor High Street apartment is located close to all amenities and is just 5 minutes drive to Dundee. There are also regular buses to Dundee and throughout Fife available from directly outside the front of the apartment. There are some lovely choices of dining within a short walk, including the Newport Hotel just down the road, run by Masterchef winner Jamie Scott. There is also the newly opened Boat Brae bistro serving some lovely fayre and a fine choice of wines and ales. There are also a couple of traditional pubs just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are some local grocery stores, a hairdresser, barber shop and even yoga in the street downstairs. The best part is the Silvery Tay fish and chip shop which will always lure you in with that amazing smell!!....highly recommended! Featuring an attractive fitted kitchen with modern integrated appliances, including oven; induction-hob; fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a quirky window seat and dining table that can double as a home office area but can also seat four. The comfortable sitting room has retained its original high ceilings and is now also complimented by a wood-burning stove and contemporary finishings. This room has wonderful views of the River Tay, over to the City of Dundee and if you're really lucky it's also possible to see the Northern Lights from here. There is on-demand TV, WiFi and central heating. There are two bright bedrooms, one has a kingsize bed and the other a double. Subject to availability we can also supply a modern travel cot. The modern and newly-fitted bathroom is equipped with a spacious double-ended bath, complemented by a rainfall shower and bespoke concrete designer basin. The rear garden has a decking area that is ideal for breakfasting or relaxing with a glass of Scotch or your favourite vino on a summer's evening! The apartment will suit a wide range of travellers or holidaymakers looking for a modern, fully featured property in a wonderful location. Please note that the apartment is accessed by some stairs accessed from the front or rear of the building. There is free on-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis but also ample free parking in the nearby streets.

    A bright, spacious apartment in a quiet, off-road site in the very centre of Perth close to all amenities. It has a well-equipped kitchen and Sonos sound system and a double sofa bed for occasional use. There is a good sized shower room but no bath. Perth is a small but perfectly formed city with several music venues, a theatre and a variety of high quality restaurants. It makes an ideal base for exploring Perthshire and beyond, with direct rail and bus links to all other Scottish cities.
    The centre of town is just five minutes walk away and the rail and bus stations are 10 minutes from the flat on foot.
    The theatre, cinema, concert hall, museum and art gallery and lots of very good restaurants are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Scone palace is a 5 minute bus or car journey away.

    Property is situated in quite, clean and green area. Just 10 min walk to city centre. Bus stop also available next to the house. Walking distance ( abt 10min) to Dundee Law, which is the highest point of the city. From there possible to see amazing view and clear picture of all around the City of Dundee. The closest grocery store is 5 min away. 24/7 Tesco is 5 min drive.
    There’re so many nice places to visit. New V&N museum, McManus galleries, Mills Observatory, Dundee Law, RRS Discovery, Broughty Ferry, St Andrews etc. Numbers of good pubs and restaurants. Busy night clubs life on weekends.

    The flat is located in the East Wing of a historic Grade II listed building and was designed in 1867 by George Rae, a local architect, best known for also designing the Royal and Ancient Clubhouse. Lovingly modernised, it has a spacious Lounge with Dining Area, new kitchen, 2 King-size Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom, Bathroom with Shower over Bath, En Suite Shower Room, and Private Off Street Parking for 1 Car. Set in a peaceful position in the rear of this Market Square location, the apartment has lovely views of the historic St Salvator's Chapel and has been recently refurbished to a high standard offering. a great deal of comfort and modern conveniences. Parking is just behind the building and your car can be viewed from the windows.
    The flat is in the very center of town and you can walk in minutes to literally many dozen excellent pubs, restaurants, shops, two gorgeous beaches, historic castle and cathedral ruins, the university and of course, the most famous golf course in the world. One of our very favourite restaurants, Forgan's, is just across the street and you can get a delicious hot breakfast to go from Mitchell's café and deli on the other side of the road. Costa Coffee is next door as well as an (early closing) pub voted 'Scotland's Favourite Local Pub 2014.'

  • JoAnn est une vraie star! La réservation était facile, communication fantastique, l'appartement magnifique et propre comme un sou neuf, l'emplacement incomparable. Nous avions voyagé à St Andrews pour le mariage de notre neveu et notre séjour dans l'appartement de JoAnn contribué à quelques simplement merveilleux jours. Le temps était gentil avec nous, le terrain était comme un œuf de vicaire (comme toujours!), Le mariage fantastique, mais fait encore mieux en revenant après une longue journée de fête à l'appartement charmant. La gauche 'goodies' dans le réfrigérateur ont été très appréciées tout comme les sachets de thé, etc. laissés pour nous d'utiliser. Il était très attentionné et a rendu la vie très facile. La communication de JoAnn est merveilleux et sa préoccupation que les clients ont un agréable séjour est évident - elle était incroyablement utile sur les problèmes de stationnement que nous avions qui ne sont pas de sa décision. Donc, je vous remercie JoAnn pour un séjour fabuleux - nous serons de retour!

    Enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath flat located in the heart of St. Andrews, just a few blocks from the Old Course, University and Cathedral Ruins.
    The building was constructed in 1771, relatively new by St. Andrews standards, where the University itself is 600 years old. The 65 square meter dwelling has two bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, with 4 separate beds or also be set up for two couples with two separate beds. The lounge features a beautiful bay window, fireplace and comfortable seating for conversation and cuddling up on the sofa with a great book. Amenities include wireless internet, flat-screen TV and stereo. The kitchen contains all modern appliances and cookware. The flat was completely renovated in 2013.
    Located in the heart of town and just a few short blocks from the first tee at The Old Course, this flat offers comfort and convenience for exploring as well as easy access to the University. Shops, restaurants and markets are just a stroll away from the front door. Historical sites including the cathedral ruins, castle and museums are all within walking distance.

    This spacious holiday apartment enjoys a beautiful location on Chalmers Brae in the heart of the village of Anstruther. It has great views over the picturesque harbour and further out to the Firth of Forth. Great for a couple, or up to a family of 6.
    This ground floor apartment features a spacious living room enjoying harbour / sea views. The living room leads through French doors into the newly refurbished Kitchen which has a six seater circular oak table positioned in a bay window with views down to the harbour and out to the Firth of Forth. Across from the living room you will find the main bathroom which includes a large bath/shower. To the rear of the property we have 3 large bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people. The master bedroom includes a double bed, TV and ensuite shower room. The room across from this is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a large mirrored wardrobe with chest of drawers. The third bedroom has a double bed with a smaller wardrobe, however there is a large mirrored wardrobe in the hall should you need more space. The apartment is light and airy in the summer months and very cosy in the winter months. Private off street parking can be found at the rear of the property.
    Anstruther is a quaint, historic, fishing village situated in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife. This part of the world is a wonderful place for a holiday or a well-deserved short break. The villages of Cellardyke, Pittenweem, St Monans, Elie and Crail are all within easy reach and only a short distance along the coast. The historic university town of St Andrews, which is famous as the home of golf, is only nine miles away. The local area caters for many interests including hiking, walking, cycling, golf, watersports, sea angling and local boat trips. There is also much to see for anyone with an interest in the arts or history. Alternatively if you want a more lazy time, the area has some beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants and cafes. The property is situated on the Fife Coastal Path which stretches from the Forth Bridge in the South to the Tay Bridge in the North: this path follows a scenic route and provides some wonderful walking. There are a large number of fine golf courses including championship courses all close by. This part of Fife boasts a number of excellent restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes and budgets within easy reach of the holiday accommodation. Fine dining can be found at a number of places in the local area, The Cellar restaurant with One Michelin Star is around a one minute walk from the apartment, The Seafood Restaurant at St Monans is around 3 miles from the apartment and The Peat Inn at Peat Inn is around seven miles for the apartment. Other notable places to eat and drink in Anstruther are The Waterfront Restaurant, The Rockies at Anstruther Golf Club and The Boat House. If you are looking for good fish and chips then the famous Anstruther Fish Bar is the place to go!

  • Harbour View est un excellent endroit pour rester. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour être à l'aise et profiter de notre séjour. J'ai particulièrement aimé cuisiner et manger dans la cuisine / salle à manger et regarder la mer tous les jours. J'aimerais revenir et le recommanderais à d'autres personnes.

Non seulement votre communication était fantastique et vous avez vraiment soulagé le stress d'avoir plusieurs parties arrivant de différents endroits, mais vous avez été facile à contacter pour toutes questions que nous avions. Le logement lui-même était une maison parfaite de la maison. Bien que nous n'y soyons pas restés longtemps, à cause du mariage (et tous partant un jour plus tôt, je crois!), Pour le moment où nous étions là, cela n'aurait pas pu être plus confortable. Le week-end lui-même était déjà spécial en raison de son contexte, mais vous avez fait beaucoup de chemin pour le rendre plus loin. Merci encore, Anwer, Giulia et le gang

  • Harbour House est magnifique, très propre et avec des équipements utiles et utiles tels que la vaisselle, les serviettes et le wifi.   • L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être mieux, mais c'est en haut d'une colline. Si vous avez un problème de mobilité, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous. L'appartement est spacieux. Les chambres sont de bonne taille. Il y a beaucoup de verres à pied, couverts et plats. Nous avons adoré notre séjour là-bas!

  • Magnifique appartement bien aménagé qui reçoit beaucoup de lumière naturelle, en particulier dans la belle salle à manger offrant une vue sur le port d'Anstruther. Situé à proximité des commerces, des bars et des cafés. Un parking désigné est un avantage et il y avait toujours beaucoup de places disponibles. Mark et Megan étaient vraiment de bons hôtes, rien de bien difficile et l'appartement était vraiment propre. Tant de beaux endroits pour manger à proximité acheter, tous énumérés dans le fichier d'information dans l'appartement. Nous reviendrions certainement ici

  • Liams place était fabuleux et proche du centre-ville. Nous nous sommes basés là-bas et avons fait de nombreuses excursions d'une journée et avons passé beaucoup de temps à explorer la ville elle-même. L'appartement est très moderne et chaleureux avec toutes les installations dont vous avez besoin. Excellent parking.

  • C'était ma première utilisation d'Airbnb et c'était exactement comme annoncé. L'endroit de Liam était très propre et chaleureux et j'ai particulièrement apprécié les touches de décoration de Noël. Le lit était très confortable et l'endroit comportait également une douche à effet pluie. Liam a également été très rapide pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Je le recommande vivement et je reviendrai certainement quand je serai à Dundee.
