Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows. During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join! (The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes) Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger.
