Restaurant
“Just up the road from Broadway, you may have heard of this place. It’s like a hipster country club, with excellent coffee and craft cocktails, great food, several lounge areas, a bowling alley, and pools and bocce in the summer!”

BBQ Joint
“Tennesseans hold their BBQ sacred and Edley's does not disappoint. A casual spot with plenty of TVs to watch the game, you order at the register and they bring your food to the table. Pro Tip: If the line at the register is long, you can also order at the bar, usually much more quickly! They have a great selection of local beers and a Nashville favorite - Bushwackers (basically an alcoholic Wendy's frosty). This is a controversial opinion, but I think they have the best Nashville's Hot Chicken in town - the jalapeno ranch is the clincher for me! Their smoked wings are also amazing - but they're known for their pulled pork and brisket. If they haven't sold out when you are there, DON'T miss out on the basket of fried okra!”

“There's live music to be seen and heard in nearly every nook and cranny of the city, but this place is my favorite--and I think the most authentic. If there's a ticketed show on the night you two want to go, make sure you buy your tickets in advance, if possible. ”

Salles de concert

Lieu de musique
“ the venue that started it all. It was the Ryman -- “the Mother Church of Country Music” -- that first started attracting names like Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, and George Jones, securing Nashville’s status as the American center of country music. The Ryman remains a country music mecca, but as one of the city’s most dazzling concert-going experiences, has also hosted everyone from the Foo Fighters to Janelle Monae. Even if you don’t make it to a concert, it’s at least worth taking the time for a brief tour. Check their homepage for concerts and dates.”
