“ON SUBWAY LINE - They have a reduced admission rate Friday's after 4:30pm, but it will increase if there's a special event. Cool place, on the subway line. After you're all cultured, and need a recharge, go to the bar across the street called Museum Tavern, sit at the bar and get a Martini - enjoy the show.”

Galerie d'art
“FREE Wednesday Nights 6-9pm (refrain from bringing a backpack so you don't have to check your stuff... unless you want to... but the line-up is killer!) Pretty cool Canadian art along with some neat contemporary exhibits. They have Adult Nights the first Thursday of every month - drinks while looking at art and listening to beats, so civilized :) They also have Family Fun on Sundays from 1-4pm (Nov - Apr)”

“ancienne distillerie réaménagé avec des restos, des boutiques, des bars, des galleries d'art. C'est très charmant. Allez y en après midi pour profiter d'une bière au soleil à la terasse du Mill street Bewery Pub. Sinon vous pouvez aussi aller boire un cafe en terasse au Balzac Café (leur interieur est assez sympa)”

“Queen St West, or West Queen West as it's known locally, is Toronto's premier walking street, full of small shops and boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. It's not a tourist street; it's where Torontonians go to shop and play and live. You could devote an entire visit to just walking Queen Street, from Parkdale in the west, through the shopping district right through downtown. Further east, the neighbourhood of Leslieville offers great restaurants and a friendly vibe. Queen St continues even further east, eventually ending up in the iconic Beach neighbourhood, where the city meets the lake and where each year the Beach Jazz Festival, well jazzes up the scene.”

“25 Minute walk. Great brunch! A bit pricey, but the food is good. There's always a line at this place and they don't take reservations, so definitely go before 10am if you can, and be ready to wait outside in the cold if you go after 10am (even if you go before sometimes). Their side waffle is V yummy! ”
