In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. La barca è dotata di ogni confort a partire dalla doccia, un Tendalino parasole, un grande frigo, un impianto audio e grandi cuscinerie. Nous voyagerons ensemble dans le temps et découvrirons des angles cachés de Gênes. Nous découvrirons sa beauté et son charme. Connu sous le nom de Superbe du Moyen Âge à la Renaissance; centre important du baroque. Célèbre lors du Grand Tour, au point d'être choisie comme ville où passer plus de temps et source d'inspiration pour les écrivains, poètes, chanteurs et acteurs. Viens aussi avec moi ressentir certaines de leurs émotions !! Nous nous retrouverons dans la maison Columbus pour entrer dans la ville à travers les murs de la Barbarossa (1100 ac). Ensemble, nous découvrirons une place cachée au passé dramatique, nous découvrirons l'origine de Gênes, sa signification et son lieu de naissance. Juste après, nous découvrirons qui était Embriaco, un héros de la ville et une église précieuse. Nous allons parcourir des carrés particuliers avec des noms évocateurs. Nous connaîtrons l'histoire d'une belle dame qui a inspiré Botticelli. Après une pause autour d'une glace, nous visiterons la cathédrale, verrons l'arbre qui fait fortune à la ville, verrons où vivait Einstein. Nous découvrirons la place San Matteo avec ses légendes et ses trésors. Notre visite se terminera à la Piazza de Ferrari et au Palais des Doges, où Paganini était en prison et sont sculptés les ennemis de la République. We will take you to the oldest part of the historical center and walk through an off beaten itinerary: there's really a lot to see in Genoa, but you need to be willing to observe details cause the beauty of the old town is more likely to be revealed to those who are determined to discover it. We will take you to some charming spots of the city I'm sure you'd hardly find by yourself and make you travel through time by telling stories accompanied by the sound of a small guitar. Other things to note: we recommend to wear comfy shoes and the tour takes place with a minimum of 2 participants

She will be pleased to open her home to all curious travelers who want to experience a real Genoese dinner. You will start the lesson by preparing the most famous ligurian pasta sauce: pesto. It traditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano all blended with olive oil. Then, learn how to prepare home made Tagliatelle! Sit with your host and enjoy the fruit of your labour and taste the second course ( typically fried anchovies ). Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dish tasting with your local host. You will also taste fine local Italian wine.. Finally enjoy the gelato or dessert with some coffee. In a unique trip, away from the tourist flow, we will paddle along the Genoise east coast, where in the seventeen hundreds the Russian wheat was worked in local mills and pasta factories to produce excellent pasta, appreciated till the South America; we will paddle to "porticciolo Nervi" a small fishing harbour where we can land for a gelato stop. Then moving along the Anita Garibaldi promenade, till the east edge of the town, we arrive under Villa Giannettino Luxoro, a gorgeous bourgeois nineteen hundreds villa, standing on a vertical cliff, facing the sea. Then we move back to the starting point. And why not? We will try the main Genoese specialties in a fun and interesting way. After this interesting itinerary, not only your body will be satisfy but also your soul. We will mix fascinating tales and description of the city with nice food and wine. To begin we'll share a typical aperitive with a nice glass of wine and focaccia, then we'll dedicate time to learn something about Genoa, walking down its alleys and squares. We'll visit Piazza Banchi, Piazza delle Vigne, Piazza Campetto and here we will discover one of the historical bar of the city, trying a typical zabaione bignee (small pastry with liquor cream) or in alternative another glass of wine. Comforted and with new energy we'll visit Piazza San Matteo, Piazza di Ferrari, Piazza Matteotti, San Donato and Piazza San Giorgio. In our way we'll find historical shops, arcs, sculptures, columns and painters. After this, we'll walk to a nice trattoria to try the delicious traditional plates of Genoa: trofie al pesto, panzotti with nuts cream and a mix of fries. Ci incontreremo in pieno centro a Genova e farò visitare al mio ospite a bordo della moto italiana per eccellenza ovvero la Ducati Multistrada, moto bellissima e comodissima, la città di Genova e la celeberrima Aurelia fino ad arrivare nel paesino di Recco, sarà un'esperienza unica! We will meet in the center of Genoa and I will show my guest on board the Italian motorbike par excellence, the Ducati Multistrada, a beautiful and very comfortable motorbike, the city of Genoa and the famous Aurelia until arriving in the village of Recco, it will be an experience unique!

We will walk along ancient footpaths called "creuze" , which connect the sea to surrounding hills ; you can only find them in Liguria and expecially in Genoa. We will discover the best panoramic glimpses and get you to know some history of the city through singing stories accompanied by the sound of a small guitar.
