Bienvenue chez moi! Après unaprès une courte présentation et un petit verre de bienvenue, nous préparerons ensemble un déjeuner o diner typique de Genova (un hors-d'oeuvre, pâtes typiques plat principal, dessert) et je vous raconterai un peu d'histoire et de curiosité sur la cuisine "ligure" et ses traditions. Nous allons dîner et ensuite déjeuner ensemble, si le temps le permet sur ma terrasse, avec vue sur les toits du centre historique de Genova Si vous préférez vous faire cajoler, je m'occupe de la cuisine! Vous devez être prêt à écouter des anecdotes et des secrets des plats que j'ai cuisinés Autres remarques Je habite dans une maison typique du centre historique de Gênes sans ascenseur. Je partage volontiers ce que j'ai appris de ma mère et des cours de cuisine auxquels j'ai assisté.

Pendant le cours, vous apprendrez à préparer des spécialités de la cuisine ligurienne la plus authentique: la Focaccia, la Torta cappuccina (une tourte aux herbes), les Pansoti (raviolis de Ligurie avec un fromage frais proche de la ricotta et aux borates) et bien sûr la Salsa di Noci (sauce aux noix). Une fois terminé la préparation des plats, nous prendrons un bon repas ensemble, nous boirons un bon vin italien fait maison et je vous donnerai aussi un livret de recettes. Dans la cuisine d'Anna, vous serez invité à cuisiner ligure comme dans la tradition du passé, en utilisant le mortier pour faire du pesto génois. On vous apprendra aussi comment faire des pâtes fraîches à la maison, comme la lasagne et le pansotti, et avec quelles sauces de la region les accompagner. Des tartes salées, des plats de poisson et une varietè de fugasses liguriennes seront les autres surprises. Autant de possibilités pour créer le menu favori de vos cours. Anna parle couramment l'anglais et le français et avec ses recettes vous amènera agréablement au cœur de la tradition ligure. De bon vin local et un repas dans le jardin avec une belle vue sur le golfe feront de votre journée une expérience intéressante

The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! And after the ride, we could go to one of the many typical restaurants to taste the delicacies and flavors of the products of the gastronomic tradition, but also and above all the wine that made this region well-known all over the world (i.e. Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada). We will leave from Framura port, to escape from the confusion of mass tourism. Aboard a comfortable 6.5 meter boat, we will leave for Bonassola where we will pass in front of its bay for a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the "Prie Rosse", a fascinating spot where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters and not reachable if not by boat. We will admire the beautiful villa overlooking the sea and then head towards Framura. Passing through the beach of "Porto Pidocchio" we will head off the beaches of "Valla '", beautiful sandy beaches difficult to reach and still little known. We will leave from the pier in Monterosso at about 10 a.m. You’ll get to admire the colorful five seaside villages from the sea, while we will tell you all about the history, the geographical and cultural curiosities that characterize this region. Meanwhile you’ll enjoy a delicious aperitif with focaccia, pesto and other typical local products, sipping prosecco and listening to music or simply to the sweet sea lapping. We will discover beautiful coves and dive to snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the National Park. After a short glide we will stop in Porto Venere for you to discover this amazing village described by Lord Byron, Shelley, George Sand and other great poets. We will also visit the suggestive Church of San Pietro, an ancient temple with a stunning view on the coastline. In the low season, not too chaotic and sultry, we'll also stop for a visit to the quaint village of Vernazza, or we will finish the tour enjoying the local crystal clear sea once more. A Cinque Terre Sunset Boat Tour is the most romantic and scenic tour you can experience when visiting the area! Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Apero SUP (Stand Up Paddle) at sunset in the wonderful bay of Capolungo (Nervi). Meeting at 18:45 at the beach of Capolungo. We will begin our excursion to explore with the SUP the Riviera of the Golfo Paradiso. We will visit small beaches and hidden coves that can only be reached from the sea, fully enjoying their beauty. During our way back, we will be able to admire an unforgettable sunset before returning to Capolungo, where we will be able to relax while enjoying an aperitif on the beach accompanied by typical Ligurian products. If you are at your first experience in SUP (Stand Up Paddle), the guide will teach you how to paddle in complete safety to make you completely independent on the board. In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

We will meet at the Cavi di Lavagna station, a small and characteristic village away from the main tourist flows. Here we will walk up together, 15 minutes, one of the paths that in ancient times the women incharge of transporting the famous slate slabs from the extraction sites to the warehouses located near the sea. Once at our destination we will find ourselves immersed in an olive garden with a table ready with everything you need to get to work and learn how to make the famous pesto, a typically bright green sauce that originated in Genoa and is very popular in italian cuisine.
