During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Visita guidata del golfo di Napoli della durata di 3 ore, con spiegazione storica ambientale della città, snorkeling e bagno nelle splendide acque del golfo, sono presenti in barca numerosi confort: doccetta, gonfiabili, musica, tendalino per l'ombra, frigo, doccia, cuscini e attrezzatura da snorkeling. Gli orari di visita (partenze) sono alle 10:30 e alle 14:30. Andremo alla scoperta di luoghi meravigliosi come il Castel dell'ovo, la collina di Posillipo e palazzo Donn’Anna. Visiteremo la meravigliosa Villa Lauro in snorkeling, approdando in una splendida spiaggia privata con una fonte di acqua minerale naturalmente frizzante e potabile, nonchè splendide coltivazioni di capperi, giardini e un panorama mozzafiato. Verrà sempre offerto da bere e da stuzzicare. Si parte da Mergellina alle 10:30 o alle 14:30, si fa un bagno a posillipo e successivamente si va a visitare Villa Lauro in snorkeling. Tornando verso casa si incontra palazzo Don Anna e si ritorna al porto. E' importante incontrarsi 20 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour per motivi logistici. We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 18 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. Scopri insieme a me quest'isola meravigliosa. inizieremo con un meraviglioso giro in barca dell'isola di capri con una tipica barca caprese di piccole dimensioni (gozzo) condotta dal mio co-host Flo , ti mostrermo tutte le bellezze che l'isola di capri può offrire: un giro tra grotte e insenature della durata di un'ora.... ti lascerà senza fiato!! Successivamente ci sposteremo con un mini bus nella parte più alta dell'isola, Anacapri, dove sarà possibile godere di una vista incredibile, passeggiare nel piccolo paesino, raggiungere la vetta del monte Solaro con la seggiovia o semplicemente rilassarsi assaggiando deliziose specialità locali. Dopo 2 ore circa raggiungeremo il centro di Capri, cuore dell'isola, dove si trova la famosa "Piazzetta", passando per i piccoli vicoli caratterizzati dalle lussuose boutique, raggiungeremo i Giardini di Augusto, che offrono la migliore vista sui faraglioni simbolo dell'isola per lasciarti ancora una volta senza fiato. We pick you up in Positano Pier. This experience combines relax on the enchanting places of the coast, pic-nic on board, swimming, snorkeling and quality time. I want to let you live a special day like the time l spent when l was a child with my family on boat on Sunday. In my experience I put all my passion for the sea to let you enjoy an unforgettable day on the coast. I show you the all hidden germs. We start the enchanting cruise from Positano, following the coast admiring the beauties of the coast like "Pirate grotto", Praiano, Furore lover's bridge, Conca Dei Marini, Elephant kissing rock. When we arrive in Conca Dei Marini, we put the ancor down to start our pic-nic in one of most beautiful area. Here you can jump in some cristalline water. We take our pic-nic basket with local products, prosecco, classic panino, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and our particular bread with fennel. After lunch, you will continue to enjoy the sea arond the coast and then we will go back to Positano. It s a memorable experience. Other things to note This is a shared tour. Starting from the Vallone dei Mulini we will delve into the morphological and geological part of the city, and then move on to the historic center, passing through the famous Piazza Tasso. We will visit the Sedil Dominova, the ancient seat of the city's nobles, and then delve into the production of the famous Sorrento inlay and the production of limoncello, the type of Sorrento liqueur. We will then go down to the fishing port and go back up to visit the Cloister of San Francesco to conclude with a tasting of limoncello & limoncello cream. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 10€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

Since three generations, my family owns the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make the real Limoncello and other Amalfi coast liqueurs available in different periods of the year. You will also taste other specialities such as the babà cake with limoncello or lemon cream and dark chocolate limoncello pralines. You will know the important difference between an industrial limoncello liqueur and a fresh homemade one!
