Let us take you to the best wave to learn on in Mexico! La Lancha, this is the Mexican Waikiki with its consistent and user friendly surf! All of our coaches that are fully certified ISA (International Surf) and qualified beach lifeguards, with plenty of experience. The setting is stunning, with its beautiful natural setting and that it's often far less crowded than Sayulita. Here what we will do... You will be met in Sayulita. From there we'll take short (20 minute) ride to La Lancha beach. On arrival we will get you set up with boards and rash vests. Walk on a jungle path to the ocean. Keep your eyes open! There are usually beautiful birds and wildlife along the way! On the beach we will go through the basics of surfing theory before we jump in the sea. In the ocean, we will be right next to you as we guide you through your first few waves or show you where the best breaks are if you're experienced. Once you get your first few waves and feel the magic!! We can enjoy the epic view of the sunset over the Pacific. It is quite common to surf with sea turtles swimming within feet of us! After about 2 hours on the beach or whenever you've had enough surfing we'll return, load our boards and get ready to return to our meeting point. The whole experience last around 3.5 hours until you are back in Sayulita

An authentic mexican taco night! A fun evening of chatting, learning about local finger foods and tasting delicious authentic tacos, while walking around Old Town. A (very) filling taco dinner with a local friend. We will visit 3 different taco spots and you'll be able to taste 5 to 10 different night time tacos and many salsas. It's the tacos we make plans to go eat. You will try the king of tacos, the famous pastor (pork and pineapple). Also, carne asada and adobada, tongue, chorizo, chicken, mushrooms and seafood tacos. Plus, aguas frescas and beer. We'll visit street stands and a great taqueria. After our walking and eating session, you will feel more connected to the fabulous local taco scene and you will be more than ready to continue exploring on your own with more knowledge and confidence. I will also show you additional spots that you can visit later on and give you lots of extra info on how to make your vacation more enjoyable. We recommend taking Taco101 first, but it's not absolutely necessary :). The order is not important. Enjoy Vallarta by the hand of a proud local. Try to book for early on your vacation. El punto de reunión será en nuestro Temazcal Sagrado de Amor donde iniciaremos nuestra ceremonia con una charla informativa , mientras disfrutamos de una bebida, la ceremonia se desarrolla en una casa de vapor o inipi hecha con varas, que se asemeja al vientre de la madre tierra, a continuación los guías espirituales haremos limpieza energética para purificar tu energía, después haremos ritual para pedir permiso a las direcciones y ancestros (dioses) y entraremos al temazcal donde haremos cantos medicina en diferentes dialectos y con diferentes instrumentos prehispánicos para lograr una meditación y desintoxicación profunda. Nos reconectaremos con nuestro ser y el creador de la vida, nuestros ancestros, los cuatro elementos (aire, tierra, agua y fuego) y pediremos a los animales de poder nos ayuden con su medicina, meteremos las piedras calientes al centro de nuestro temazcal y pondremos agua y plantas medicinales (romero, pirul, salvia, copal, cedro, etcétera) para generar un vapor medicinal que nos purificará física, mental, emocional y espiritualmente!!! Al terminar agradeceremos por nuestro nuevo renacer El temazcal es una terapia ancestral de baño de vapor medicinal, por lo que te vas a mojar y es importante traer un cambio extra de ropa, la temperatura dentro del temazcal puede llegar a ser caliente. Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. We will hike through the lush jungle taking in the sights. The hike is three miles(5k) round trip. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and the breath we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience. Nos reuniremos en un punto intermedio de Puerto Vallarta donde despues de conocernos nos trasladaremos hacia un pueblo con una ubicación rural a las afueras de la ciudad. Una vez que lleguemos ahí, comenzaremos una caminata sencilla de aproximadamente 30 minutos con destino a las aguas termales. En nuestro camino, cruzaremos el rio 3 veces (no es profundo, 2ft). También en nuestro camino podremos observar la gran diversidad de aves que habitan en esta zona natural. Nos sumergiremos en las albercas de aguas termales donde podrás relajarte con el sonido del Río y a la vez realizar termoterapia con el agua caliente termal y el agua fresca del rio. Despues de estar 90 minutos en nuestro destino secreto en las montañas, comenzaremos nuestro camino de regreso a Puerto Vallarta.

Primero vamos a prepararnos mental y fisicamente para entrar al temazcal, hidratándonos con tés y bebidas de cacao. Concentraremos nuestra atención e intención frente al fuego antes de entrar al temazcal, en el cuál estaremos a oscuras en 4 intervalos de tiempo. Durante cada intervalo conectaremos con un rumbo y un elemento los cuales se relacionan con áreas de la Vida. Las Piedras Volcánicas o “Abuelitas” que calentamos hasta poner “contentas” o al rojo vivo, son introducidas al temazcal junto a nosotros y son “bañadas” con tés medicinales y el vapor resultante nos ayuda a limpiar nuestro cuerpo, mente y alma. First, we’re going to prepare ourselves mentally, emotional and physically to get into the temazcal, hydrating ourselves with different herb teas and cacao beverages. We’re going to focus on our intention and attention infront of the sacred Fire, in wich we’ll be heating the “grandmas” (Volcanic Rocks) until they’re “happy” wich means they are red hot. we’re getting into the temazcal, wich is a secure space in wich were going to spend 4 intervals of time in total darkness, we’re going to hear and sing sacred chantings, each of this 4 intervals are related with different aspects of live. The “grandmas” (Volcanic Rocks)are comming with us inside, we will shower them with herbal mixes wich will help to clean or body and mind.

Welcome to your personalized Yoga and Sound Therapy Experience! I will come to your chosen location, whether it's your hotel or home. I always arrive approximately 10 minutes early to set up the space and ensure we can start the session right on time. (The experience can take place in Puerto Vallarta, but also in nearby locations such as Bucerias, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho, etc...) I provide everything needed for our session, from top-quality yoga mats to aromatherapy with carefully selected scents and soothing music to enhance the atmosphere. During our 70-minute yoga session, I'll tailor the practice to your preferences and needs. Whether you prefer gentle Yin Yoga or more dynamic styles like Ashtanga or Vinyasa Power, the choice is yours. After the yoga session, we'll transition into a 20-minute sound therapy experience using Himalayan singing bowls to deepen your relaxation. If you wish, we can integrate meditation into this unique experience. Note: If the dates listed don't work for you, feel free to reach out with your preferred date and time. I'm flexible and will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Once we agree on the details, I'll reserve that specific time slot just for you. Let's create a beautiful experience together!
