    My apartment is in a very good location that 10 mins walk to Clayton station, 15 mins walk to Monash university, 5 mins walk to monash medical center bus stop, 15 mins walk to Clayton shopping center( coles, Asian supermarkets, restaurants and various shops ) 20 mins to the biggest shopping center Chadstone by public transportation. The guests live in one room and I live in another room and we share bathroom and kitchen. I am a very friendly, clean, helpful person. I can speak English &Chinese.

    Very spacious 2 bedroom single storey townhouse. Can sleep up to 7 people. Great convenient location, only a few minutes from the freeway, public transport, newly renovated Chadstone Shopping Centre and Monash University. Beautiful private courtyard to relax in and also an off street private carport. There are 2 bedrooms, as well as a large comfortable couch and a lovely kitchen to cook up a storm in. We have great amenities like a coffee machine, private washer and dryer and Netflix!
    Our place has a fantastic history behind in and is a lovely spacious space to relax in. You can enjoy the sun and a coffee in the outdoor courtyard. This single storey townhouse is actually the original Oakleigh Motel. It was the first motel in Victoria! It's been completely refurbished. Although it doesn't trade as a "motel", the whole block has been redeveloped into townhouses, and you will be staying in the original "owners premises", which has been renovated and developed into a 2 bedroom single storey townhouse. Our place has a lovely homey feeling and is great for short term tenants or long term tenants. You have ample privacy with your own private courtyard. We are situated just off the main road, so you are very close to public transport and shops.
    Close to Monash University and Monash Hospital (around 2-3kms away). Oakleigh shopping centre is only 2 kms away (20 minute walk down Dandenong Road), it is the heart of the Greek community and has fantastic cafes and restaurants in the Eaton Street Mall. So many to choose from, Souvlaki shops, Crepe shops, Vanilla, Nikos Cakes, No Name Cafe. I will also leave a list of any good take away or delivery restaurants in the area. There is a recreational park and football field directly next door to the unit. You can easily get the bus from Oakleigh station down to the city (20 minutes away by public transport). You're less than 5 minutes away from the ultimate shopping haven, Chadstone. Any shop you desire, from supermarkets and chemists through to high end designer stores like Chanel and Gucci, so many restaurants and other entertainment options can be found at Chadstone.

  • L'endroit d'Eve a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade à Melbourne. Grand stationnement hors rue avec votre propre abri d'auto. La proximité du centre commercial Eatons à Oakleigh et du centre commercial Chadstone. Beaucoup de belles couvertures en peluche pour vous garder au chaud par une froide nuit d'hiver. Lits vraiment confortables !! Eve répond très rapidement aux questions ou préoccupations que vous avez et c'est un plaisir de traiter avec vous.

  • Une unité de 2 chambres très agréable et confortable qui est à distance de conduite de Clayton et Monash. Ma femme et moi avons passé un moment formidable et nous aurons beaucoup de moments inoubliables à retenir dans notre séjour ici. Notez que cette unité est à côté de la route principale qui peut être bruyant la nuit (mais on s'y habitue) et il n'y a pas d'insonorisation entre les chambres. Des installations complètes sont disponibles et comprennent des machines à laver, sèche-linge, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et autres. Aurait besoin de son propre transport pour se déplacer dans la région. L'endroit d'Eve était super et répond à tous mes besoins pour ma visite. Sera de retour.

  • Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Melbourne, l'appartement a tout ce dont on aurait besoin. Nous sommes reconnaissants à Eve pour ses réponses rapides à toutes nos demandes (elle a même acheté une nouvelle machine à laver et une sécheuse!). Il y avait peu de détails désordonnés dans les appartements, mais vraiment mineures par rapport à la valeur de l'appartement et toutes les installations dont il dispose. L'emplacement est en effet dans une portée facile à tous les magasins, restaurants, cafés à Oakleight et Chadstone. Il est également proche de l'école où mon enfant a participé et de l'Uni. Nous répéterions encore.

Convient pour deux couples, très bon si vous voulez cuisiner car il est proche de Pins qui a tous les trois supermarchés possibles. Accès facile à plusieurs bus. Excellente intimité. Located in a secure apartment building this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home.

This new building is just hard over at October 2017. Mitcham is a quit and safe residential area surrounding by many parks with many trees.
    You have a private entrance and garden and also some toys for children.
    We, the hosts, live upstairs and neighbours other side of the fences are nice people, but you may not meet or hear them.

Parce que nous savons que nous sommes en retard, Daixin préparera pour nous du lait, du pain et des nouilles, des assaisonnements de base, et nous préparerons un dîner simple sans aller dormir à jeun. La maison de Daixin est neuve et de construction récente, toutes les installations sont disponibles, la maison est lumineuse et lumineuse, ce qui permet aux gens de se sentir chez eux.     This location is fantastic as it’s within walking distance to two shopping centres, lots of restaurants and the gorgeous Box Hill Gardens.

There is a shower room in the bathroom, you can take shower at any time to release your tired. The surrounding is flourishing, you can easily access Asian supermarket (only 200m) and Woolworths supermarket (about 800m). Chadstone where is the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere has only 2 km away. 2 km can reach to Malvern Valley golf course as well. The Carnegie station is on the opposite side of road, it’s very convenient for travel, 25 mins can reach to Melbourne CBD and only one stop can arrive to Caulfield Campus of Monash University (1.7 km away).     Carnegie is in the southeast of Melbourne. This is a good example in Melbourne, safe public security and harmonious neighborhoods. Carnegie is a very attractive place, once people stay in this area, they will sell the house and buy a bigger house in the area. Our apartment has been leased when we took from the developer one year ago. When a year lease expires, I didn’t have special feeling that Carnegie has a special charm. I have two apartments on Airbnb in other areas. so we decided to take this apartment back, to provide accommodations in Airbnb as well. However, the tenants contacted us many times. They were eager to extend the contract with us and increase the rent. But we insisted on taking back the apartment. When we decorate up this apartment, we had the chance to stay in Carnegie for a few days, so that I really felt the attraction of Carnegie. I really understood why the former tenants did not want to move away. Living in here is very convenient. At that moment, we also have the urge to stay here. My family talked about this issue for few days,because the child refused to transfer school, then we abandoned the idea of settling in here. The Koornang street of Carnegie has a very famous food street in Melbourne. Our apartment is located at the beginning of the gourmet street, you can find different type of foods in here, such as Indian, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese cuisine and all kinds of Chinese restaurants, cafes, Western restaurants, supermarkets and so on are all in the Koornang street. Slow pace of life in Carnegie will let you relax. Park, library, swimming center, tennis court, football club and so on are easy to access. If you drive to Elwood Beach from Carnegie, only need 15 minutes, and 18 minutes arrive to Brighton Beach.
