Olympic Valley : les meilleurs bars

Ski Area
“Famous for hosting the 1960 Winter Olympics, Squaw Valley has maintained it's reputation for high-level terrain for decades. It's a bit further afield than some of the other resorts mentioned, but it's probably the single best resort in the area in terms of terrain and facilities. Crowds and traffic can be issues on weekends and holidays. Plan ahead and get an early start if you're heading there on either.”

“They make a great simple pepperoni pizza. They have other great stuff too but they’ve really got the pepperoni down! This is an easy option and usually not too long of wait or crowd in the summer months. Winter I would recommend getting in early and being prepared to wait on busy ski weekends. You can also pick up to-go! ”

“One of my favorites. • 5-star dining experience • Excellent wine list • The best hamburger in Tahoe PlumpJack Cafe is widely regarded as Lake Tahoe’s premier dining destination. Fine dining and exceptional wines are in our heritage, and we’d love to share our passion with you on your next visit. The menu changes each season take advantage of the bounty of fresh produce available to us locally. Their award-winning wine list provides the perfect complement to your meal, and renowned winemakers join them throughout the year for wine dinners and special events.”

“This is the sushi spot in Squaw. They also have food available to go. One of the most popular and tasty items on the menu are the Mama's Balls.”

“This sports bar and restaurant is casual, perfect for families and those looking to sit at the bar and watch sports on TV. They have nice burgers, sandwiches, salads and entrees, and of course, plenty of drinks and appetizers available. During holidays and ski season, Sandy's can have a long wait list, so go there early to avoid the lines. Our favorite spot at the Resort at Squaw Creek.”

“3 mile difficult hike within Squaw Valley. This hike is steep with difficult terrain and is not recommended for young children. Once you reach the top enjoy the scenic views of Squaw Valley and take the gondola down for free.”

“This is one of our favorite places to eat and have a drink. We like to eat in the bar area as it has a very relaxing atmosphere and is great for kids. The burger is the best in Tahoe.”

“Clearly the best restaurant in Olympic Village at Squaw. When the mountain is busy, sometimes it pays to hit PlumpJack instead for a real meal rather than waiting too long for the mediocre food at Squaw.”
