We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. Our aim is to make your night, and maybe even your holiday in the Cinque Terre, a lifelong memory and show you 'La dolce vita.' Bienvenue chez moi! Après unaprès une courte présentation et un petit verre de bienvenue, nous préparerons ensemble un déjeuner o diner typique de Genova (un hors-d'oeuvre, pâtes typiques plat principal, dessert) et je vous raconterai un peu d'histoire et de curiosité sur la cuisine "ligure" et ses traditions. Nous allons dîner et ensuite déjeuner ensemble, si le temps le permet sur ma terrasse, avec vue sur les toits du centre historique de Genova Si vous préférez vous faire cajoler, je m'occupe de la cuisine! Vous devez être prêt à écouter des anecdotes et des secrets des plats que j'ai cuisinés Autres remarques Je habite dans une maison typique du centre historique de Gênes sans ascenseur. Je partage volontiers ce que j'ai appris de ma mère et des cours de cuisine auxquels j'ai assisté.

Pendant le cours, vous apprendrez à préparer des spécialités de la cuisine ligurienne la plus authentique: la Focaccia, la Torta cappuccina (une tourte aux herbes), les Pansoti (raviolis de Ligurie avec un fromage frais proche de la ricotta et aux borates) et bien sûr la Salsa di Noci (sauce aux noix). Une fois terminé la préparation des plats, nous prendrons un bon repas ensemble, nous boirons un bon vin italien fait maison et je vous donnerai aussi un livret de recettes. My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

Dans la cuisine d'Anna, vous serez invité à cuisiner ligure comme dans la tradition du passé, en utilisant le mortier pour faire du pesto génois. On vous apprendra aussi comment faire des pâtes fraîches à la maison, comme la lasagne et le pansotti, et avec quelles sauces de la region les accompagner. Des tartes salées, des plats de poisson et une varietè de fugasses liguriennes seront les autres surprises. Autant de possibilités pour créer le menu favori de vos cours. Anna parle couramment l'anglais et le français et avec ses recettes vous amènera agréablement au cœur de la tradition ligure. De bon vin local et un repas dans le jardin avec une belle vue sur le golfe feront de votre journée une expérience intéressante

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecological and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

Scopri il vino che produce la mia famiglia: l'Eroico, coltivato da generazioni in una delle più belle vigne delle Cinque Terre. Faremo un breve trekking su un sentiero poco battuto ma molto panoramico. Buona parte del percorso è in salita, ma durante la camminata ci fermeremo in diversi punti per riprendere fiato, goderci il panorama e scoprire la storia di Vernazza e delle Cinque Terre. Finita la camminata, arriveremo nella vigna dell'Eroico e lì degusteremo tre diverse etichette, assaporando una storia antichissima. L'intera esperienza si svolge a Vernazza, luogo unico e patrimonio UNESCO. Potrai godere anche di una vista unica, essendo la nostra vigna isolata da ogni altro sentiero o abitazione. Durante la degustazione, saremo solo noi, isolati dalla folla e immersi in un'atmosfera di pace. P.s. Se stai cercando date diverse da quelle sul calendario, scrivimi per crearne di nuove!

Impara a preparare la salsa più famosa del mondo: il PESTO!! Facciamo tutto a mano con pestello e mortaio, usando solo ingredienti selezionati! Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. SOLO PER LA VERSIONE DELLE ORE 12,30 mangeremo la pasta dentro al mortaio e finiremo il pranzo con limoncino fatto con limoni di Vernazza e cioccolato, se volete questa versione in altri orari comunicatecelo direttamente.

Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare ,faremo una sosta per nuotare insieme ai pesci e fare dello snorkeling ,a bordo ti offriremo del prosecco ,coca-cola o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure, arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine andremo verso Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo Monterosso dal mare, Torneremo indietro sempre vicino alla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.

My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.

Après unaprès une courte présentation et un petit verre de bienvenue, nous préparerons ensemble un déjeuner o diner typique de Genova (un hors-d'oeuvre, pâtes typiques plat principal, dessert) et je vous raconterai un peu d'histoire et de curiosité sur la cuisine "ligure" et ses traditions. Nous allons dîner et ensuite déjeuner ensemble, si le temps le permet sur ma terrasse, avec vue sur les toits du centre historique de Genova Si vous préférez vous faire cajoler, je m'occupe de la cuisine! Vous devez être prêt à écouter des anecdotes et des secrets des plats que j'ai cuisinés Autres remarques Je habite dans une maison typique du centre historique de Gênes sans ascenseur. Je partage volontiers ce que j'ai appris de ma mère et des cours de cuisine auxquels j'ai assisté.

Afterwards we'll go down to discover what we saw from the top: we'll see the yachts docked at the Old Port, the old doors of the city (1100 ac) and Via Aurea, the most elegant and majestic street Then we'll go to more distances places like Piazza della Vittoria and 1900 architecture, Corso Italia (sea promenade) Boccadasse (ex fishery village, today fascinating neighborhood of the city) Monument (from where Garibaldi sailed to unified Italy) Nervi (sea promenade with amazing views of Portofino cape) and Bogliasco (fishery town outside Genoa). We'll visit everything with calm and at low speed, in order to enjoy the panorama, talk about culture/history and feel secure/comfortable. You'll have a personalized tour, just you.
