Welcome to our farm, an organic farm since 2004, where we passionately produce extra virgin olive oil, almonds, honey aromatic herbs, and more. This is not just our workplace, our Farm in a Plateau just a 10-minute drive from Noto, it's our home, bordering on a Natural reserve and in front of an archeological site, we're thrilled to share this experience with you. Regenerative agriculture and traditional practice are both in the field and in the kitchen, with old recipes, and traditional ways to make it with the proper ingredients. We try to go back, and experience the essence of the Mediterranean Diet: fresh, simple, and predominantly plant-based, capturing the true taste of the Mediterranean. On a typical lesson day we meet in the morning at one of Palermo’s oldest markets, shop around for any items we will need for the lesson and then stroll to the air-conditioned kitchen in The Sicilian Pantry cookery school where we prepare a 4 course Sicilian meal, learning the techniques and tricks needed to recreate it when you return home. Meals are made up of a starter, pasta course, main course and desert (changes can be made for individuals with specific dietary requirements where appropriate). After the lesson we can sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour along with a selection of Sicilian wines rounded off with some homemade liqueurs and coffee. We believe that the true expression of Sicilian cuisine comes from the quality of its fresh seasonal produce so we strive to always ensure that we have the best of what Sicily has to offer in order to share this with our guests. This is an entertaining and informative day out, recommended for cooks of all levels. A 3-hour walking tour around Catania's fish market and alleyways. During the walk, we will take you to our favorite street stalls and family-run deli shops to sample the best daily selection of local street food such as the Arancino, the Cipollina, some challenging samples, and much more :) We offer our foodies only seasonal and traditional foods, no touristy stuff! The fish market is an authentic open-air theater. During the MORNING TOUR, we will spend some time checking out the food market stalls, talking about Sicilian cuisine, and eating some fish :) During the NIGHT TOUR, we'll walk you to the old district of Civita to show you some cool graffiti and enjoy the most authentic Catanese street spirit! This tour has been designed for street foodies and curious travelers. Not only food! We will show you some historical attractions and, when accessible, a hidden lava tunnel. Since this is a small group tour, you will be able to interact with us at any time asking all kinds of questions. We present Catania the way it is, with its lights and shadows. We have a laid-back attitude towards travelers. We don't see travelers as clients but as new friends! so we will be happy to share with you all the tips you need to enjoy Catania as we locals do. Faremo Escursioni organizzate sull'Etna, il vulcano più attivo e alto d'Europa. Il tour prevede: pick-up con il mio furgone 9 posti alle 8.30 del mattino da Catania centro da punti strategici come Stazione Centrale, Piazza Alcalà, Piazza Stesicoro, Piazza Borgo . Visiteremo una grotta di scorrimento lavico. Faremo un trekking di 3 h, con un dislivello di 500 metri e 5-6 km dai 1800 metri s.l.m. fino ai 2300/2400,attraversando ambienti desertico vulcanici,crateri e i diversi colori di montagna. Il pranzo è a sacco e il rientro a Catania previsto per le 15.30. Gruppo minimo 2 persone.

Il s'agit d'une aventure à la voile axée sur le respect de la nature, un mode de vie durable et la connaissance de la navigation. Nous nous retrouvons d'abord 15 minutes avant le tour en bateau, généralement au Caffe del Porto. Une fois embarqués, nous commençons par vous initier aux bases de la voile, des vents et de l'océan. Embarquez depuis le Club Nautico Catania, nous ouvrons les voiles et commençons à naviguer le long de la côte volcanique de Catane au gré des vents, à l'horizon, nous verrons l'île des Cyclopes, lieu de naissance de l'Etna. Tous les membres du tour aideront à barrer, à gérer la voile et aux activités sportives. En attendant vous apprendrez les techniques de navigation à bord nous préparons l'apéritif. Alors, la fête commence et nous applaudissons tous ensemble avec un verre de prosecco. Enfin, vous aurez la possibilité de vous baigner ou de vous baigner près de la Grotta di Ulisse ou de la Riviera dei Ciclopi. C'est une première expérience parfaite sur un voilier car en 3 heures vous profitez de l'ambiance de la voile qui vous permet de décider de revenir pour une expérience plus longue, même le lendemain. Excursion sur l’Etna en jeep et randonnée pour visiter les cratères, les grottes et la dernière éruption. Nous partons de votre hôtel s'il est situé dans la ville de Zafferana etnea ou de notre point de rendez-vous avec une confortable jeep o minivan 4×4, en direction du nord-est. Après quelques kilomètres, nous nous arrêterons à l'intérieur du parc national accessible par un guide autorisé, car il y a environ 45 cratères. Après une promenade d'environ 40 minutes, nous visiterons 5 cratères, dont l'un est encore ouvert et vous pourrez voir la taille réelle d'un cratère. Dans cette région, nous observerons tous les types de lave, minéraux, désert volcanique et plantes pionnières de notre volcan. Après avoir visité les cratères en altitude, nous ferons 2 km de véhicules tout-terrain avec notre jeep pour découvrir la dernière grande éruption qui a détruit l'ancien centre touristique. Surrounded by a lunar landscape, we will learn to understand and explore Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its beauty and uniqueness. Strolling along the largest volcano in Europe, you will admire the imposing volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will visit one of the most fascinating sites where you can watch the sunset together (you will not see the sun setting but only appreciate the colors). We will enter a lava tube, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It will be fascinating to discover not only their creation, but also the secrets that they hide so jealously in their darkness. Votre aventure de randonnée partira de l’info point Ashàra situé sur la place San Vincenzo Départ prévu environ 2 heures avant le coucher du soleil pour pouvoir admirer la beauté spectaculaire le long du flanc de la Sciara del Fuoco et pouvoir profiter des typiques explosions stromboliennes. Après un bref briefing, l’excursion commencera par un sentier nature qui nous mènera jusqu’à l’altitude de 400 mètres (limite maximale autorisée par les autorités pour assurer une sécurité maximale), excellent point d’observation des cratères sommitaux et de la Sciara del Fuoco. Pendant le parcours, nous ferons des pauses intermédiaires pour profiter du panorama, nous visiterons le vieux cimetière de l’île, nous traverserons le maquis méditerranéen typique accompagnés par la vue constante sur le Strombolicchio. Une fois arrivé à la Sciara del Fuoco, nous nous arrêterons pour admirer le merveilleux coucher de soleil qui colore de rouge l’archipel éolien et l’activité spectaculaire "strombolienne" avec ses explosions qui brillent dans le ciel nocturne. Retour en descente dans l’obscurité muni de torches frontales jusqu’au point de départ en traversant les roselières typiques de l’île et le vieux chemin muletier Durée de l’excursion environ 5 heures

We'll discover the unique nature and the geology of the Mt. Etna visiting the volcano up to the extinct craters at 2000 meters. On board of our vehicle scenic driving from the beach level up to the extinct craters, following an itinerary off the beaten road, with the visit of the most important point of interest along the way up. We will complete our experince with a guided and easy trekking around the extinct craters, to understand this human friendly volcano, enjoying an almost lunar landscape. Je serai très heureuse de vous accompagner dans notre moulin à huile traditionnel, devenu musée d'histoire familiale. Je vais vous parler de mon arrière-grand-père qui a acheté l'entrepôt au début des années 1900, de mon grand-père qui a exploité l'entreprise jusqu'aux années 90. Aujourd'hui, le moulin à huile du musée appartient à mon oncle qui a accepté la proposition de partager ce morceau de l'histoire de notre famille avec les voyageurs du monde entier, dont j'en suis le fier gardien. Vous découvrirez l'histoire des oliviers, vivaces et généreux, le processus végétatif, l'importance d'une bonne taille. Vous connaîtrez les cultivars siciliens, de table et de pressage. Chaque variété d'olive donne à l'huile une couleur différente, une saveur particulière et un arôme intense. Un parcours photographique du moment de la collecte vous donnera une idée de la façon dont toute une famille est impliquée, y compris les enfants. Je vais vous montrer un catalogue élaboré par la région Sicile en faveur des petites entreprises qui ont obtenu les certifications DOP pour valoriser la production d'une authentique huile d'olive extra vierge. Goditi il tramonto a bordo di una barca, con partenze tutti i giorni alle 14:30 (in inverno) o alle 18:30 (in estate) dal Molo Trapezoidale di Marina Yachting. Dopo la partenza, ci dirigeremo verso la Grotta della Regina accompagnati da musica di sottofondo rilassante. Una volta ancorati, avrai l'opportunità di assaporare il nostro famoso aperitivo siciliano con Aperol Spritz per gli adulti e Coca Cola per i bambini. Le specialità includono sfincione, arancine, panelle, crocchè e il celebre cannolo palermitano. Opzioni vegane e senza glutine sono disponibili su richiesta, almeno 24 ore prima del tour.
