“Pharmacy and convienience store. We sometimes shop here if we need a can of something and don't want to deal with the long lines at Von's.”

“Aleworx has a great atmosphere for most anything from a family meal to a date night. On weekends they have live music (except during winter due to the snow) and they have over 20 beers on tap that you serve yourself. Their pizzas are delicious and super fresh as well. I would highly recommend this spot.”

“The Edna Valley AVA (www.slowine.com) is located about 20 minutes away at the base of the foothills, which you can see to the south. There are tasting maps and other resources available on the website. Our favorites are Tolosa, Edna Valley, Baileyana, Saucilito Canyon and Wolff Vineyards. Of course, Paso Robles (45 minutes north – www.pasowine.com) is an amazing AVA and well worth the drive over the grade. If you go, don’t miss Daou and Turley.”
