“The name says it all really, and Kafeine is a reliable morning pitstop. Serving Campos coffee (win!) and freshly-squeezed juices (double win!), the cafe offers enough health food to make you a morning person. Kale continues over to lunch, but for those wanting to indulge a little it’s hard to go past their burgers. 260 Darling Street, Balmain ”

Studio de yoga
“They’ve got four studios in Sydney, including this popular space steps from the sand at Bondi Beach. The two rooms here are light and expansive, inspired by the location, and the extensive timetable of classes is designed to redefine modern yoga. If you’re looking for inspiration to take your practice to the next level, this place delivers. Their instructors are epic—not least American import Adam Whiting. When you see his name on the timetable, get yourself to class. His playful and creative vinyasa sessions—currently Mondays at 4:30 and 6:15 pm—never disappoint. After class, you can head to the beach for a swim.”
