I will teach you how to make the real Italian pasta from scratch. We will make two italian traditional pastas: ravioli and fettuccine. In addition to making homemade pasta we will prepare different sauces: Tomato and basil, Amatriciana, Gricia, Butter and sage. I live in a 17° century building 50 meters close to Piazza Campo dei Fiori. I'll wait for you there, in one of the most ancient square of Rome to tell you welcome to this traditional experience. We'll have a short speach in my penthouse (with a 360 view of the Roma roofs) to break the ice and talk about roman cuisine, then I'll show you ingredients we'll need. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. Since we are Roman chefs, all born and raised in Rome, the experience will be focused on famous Roman sauces like Arrabbiata, Amatriciana, Cacio & Pepe, or Carbonara. Now, let's dive deep into Chianti's beating heart, like a scene straight out of a blockbuster. Our final destination? Greve in Chianti, the wine region's epicenter. Unleash your inner foodie at the historic butcher shop, then seal the deal with a sublime Aperitivo. Pro tips: Dress like you're ruling the runway Chuck those heels! Vineyards and cobblestone streets are no place for them. Piazza Cavalleggeri is your pick-up and drop-off spot. (Tips for the guide are not included)

I hope to receive many wine lovers who want to have a unique wine and olive oil experience. Welcome drink on arrival, followed by a lesson on wine, visit to the 1620 winery, walk in the garden and among the vineyards and olive groves and finally rich wine tasting and good homemade food served in an enchanting place that you will love. Depending on the season it is possible to view the work in the vineyard or in the cellar. April and May you will see the small bunches of grapes; in September and October we will witness the harvest; between December and March we prune the vines and press the dried grapes for the Vino Santo. In November we harvest the olives. Between June and August you can have unforgettable tastings at sunset. In summer you can make beautiful visits to the vineyards and maybe you can help bottle the wine. On some days of the year it is also possible to taste the wines from the barrels with our winemaker who, upon request, will explain the secrets of winemaking to you. If you love balsamic vinegar we will let you know its history. You will also discover the incredible flavors of white truffle infused in our extra virgin olive oil. If you want to have a bottle with your label, let me know your name 12 hours in advance; you will choose the wine here. You can also sleep in our apartments with swimming pool. We are located 22 km from Florence. We are waiting you !

We will pick you up with our van from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch (approx. 30 min drive). Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour back to our Ranch. After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and then we will drive you to the Villa (by van - only 3 min drive) where you will continue with the second part of the experience. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).
