A second floor apartment in the heart of Farnsfield. Recently renovated to a high standard. There is one double bedroom and a large living room with a sofa bed. All bedding and towels are provided. Ideal for a business trip a couple’s get away or a pad to crash after a wedding or family gathering.
On the second floor there is a galley kitchen - with plenty of cutlery, crockery, utensils with an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. The lounge has a comfy sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, Freeview TV and a DVD player. The bathroom - also on the second floor has a bath and power shower. The third floor boasts a loft bedroom with a large Freeview TV plenty of drawers, cupboards and hanging space. There is new gas central heating and new double glazing throughout and all the windows have blackout blinds - perfect for a lay in!
Farnsfield boasts a wide range of local shops. Next door to the dwelling there is a fantastic Veg/Farm Shop with a quirky courtyard that is open for drinks until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Theres also fantastic family run Bakery and Butchers. Along with a number of hairdressers, a barber and a Coop! There are 2 excellent pubs in the village too! Just 1.25 miles away is a pub that does food and a Chinese restaurant (White Post roundabout, A614). Between Farnsfield and Southwell, 4 miles away, there are 2 more pubs with restaurants. In Southwell there are a wealth of English, Italian, Chinese and Indian restaurants!

We are located in the conservation area of Old Blidworth, a Sherwood Forest village with an interesting history. Will Scarlet is reputably buried in St Mary's churchyard and Maid Marion's cottage is nearby.

    I have an attic to let in my light, airy, comfortable Victorian house. The attic is a very cosy and a private space in the house. We are very close to the Peak district, and Graves Park and woods just behind the house. The Peak District is 10 mins away . We live on a main bus route to Sheffield or Chesterfield, (both 20 minutes away) Local pubs and shops a minutes walk away. Lovely walks through Graves Park are a must as it is behind the house, giving lovely views from the attic windows.
    The house is quirky and spacious. The attic has its own door and is a lovely space with a landing and 2 good sized rooms. There is a double and single bed in one room and two singles in the other. Breakfast..... One of the rooms has a kitchen area with a kettle, toaster, mini oven, and little fridge. There is fresh fruit, cereals, milk, bread, butter and some spreads in the little kitchen area. We also leave you some biscuits to go with your cuppa when you first arrive. You also have your own bathroom as we have 2 in the property. We are in a lovely location with a wood and a park being behind the house, yet shops and pubs a few minutes walk down the road. We live near to the Peak district, within 10 minutes away from moors and fantastic scenery, and excellent walks, also great for climbers. We are near to lovely picturesque towns like Hathersage, Bakewell, or Castleton amongst others. Sheffield centre and Chesterfield centre are 20 mins away by bus. We have put a lot of visitor information in the flat to make sure that people are aware of the different attractions and things to do around the area.
    The area is very stylish and busy, having a lot of pubs, restaurants and shops very close by. Also it is a very peaceful area, having the park at the back of the house, and walks in the peaks 10 minutes drive away.

Le grenier de Jane est charmant - très confortable et confortable, et bien équipé pour une courte visite de la ville.     Our Sheffield home is a characterful, quiet place for 1-5 guests. You have full use of whole 2nd floor inc. guest lounge with TV, DVDs & Wi-Fi. Private guests only bathroom. Shared use of garden & kitchen-diner. Free on-street parking outside. Short walk to FlyDSA Arena, Meadowhall interchange & shopping, restaurants, cinema, rail, tram, buses. Close to IKEA, Valley Centertainment, ICE Sheffield, EIS & Olympic Legacy Park. Easy access to City Centre, M1, Northern General and Peak District too.
    You will only be sharing the property with the owners as we do not overlap guest bookings. We can comfortably accommodate 1-4 guests (& possibly 5) in our 2nd floor family suite with comfy beds & private 1st floor bathroom. Shared kitchen-diner (on ground floor) & enclosed private garden. Car not essential, but if any guests have mobility problems the local area is a little hilly so please be aware. Just a short journey by nearby low-cost bus, tram, road or rail links make Sheffield city centre, Universities and Hospitals easily accessible. Cyclists welcome - you can store your bike/s in our secure garden shed. Our property is a calming place that offers superb value for money with spacious rooms, Upvc double glazing and gas central heating. Clean with modern furnishings and neutral decor, plus occasional Zen & Buddhism influences and artefacts. Check-in times can sometimes be flexible - just let us know if you need to check-in any earlier & we will try and accommodate any requests.
    We don't claim to living in the flattest or most picturesque suburb of Sheffield, but our street is safe & pleasant. We can also offer you a lot more space, quieter location and much better value than many city centre places PLUS free on-street parking too! Quiet residential neighbourhood - small convenience store (3 mins walk). 2 larger supermarkets within 15 mins walk.   • Richard et Mark ont été de formidables hôtes: joignables facilement par mail et réactifs, toujours prêts à donner des conseils ou soucieux de nous indiquer les bons plans pour se garer ou les endroits à visiter. Nous avons été accueillis par une corbeille de friandises et un petit mot de bienvenue. Les lieux sont extrêmement propres et l'espace pour nous accueillir est très confortable et cosy. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons pu profiter du "back garden" pour diner le soir de notre arrivée. De plus, Richard et Mark sont discrets mais disponibles immédiatement si vous avez des questions. Les échanges sont simples, cordiaux, fluides. Ils ont également eu la gentillesse de nous autoriser à faire une lessive et à utiliser leur sèche linge. Un sèche cheveux est également à disposition. De loin les meilleurs hôtes que nous ayons eus. Merci à eux. Vous pouvez les choisir pour votre séjour en toute confiance et les yeux fermés!

    A converted loft space ideally suited for those seeking an active weekend away. With views over Chesterfield and surrounding hills, it provides easy access to the many outdoor activities available in the neighbouring Peak District. The Chesterfield canal and the Trans Pennine Trail can be accessed from one end of the road, with the historic Revolution House at the other. Chesterfield itself famous for it’s crooked spire also hosts a large outdoor market that has been trading for over 800 years.
    Included is a open plan living/sleeping space with TV, WiFi, electric flame-effect fire, a sofa/day bed that converts to either two singles or a double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room (due to the sloping roof, those over 5"8 may find the shower a bit awkward, ceiling height within the shower varies from 1.5m to 2m. Breakfast cereals, bread, butter, jam, milk, tea and coffee will be provided.
    We are on the edge of the beautiful Peak District and located in the historic village of Old Whittington, home to Revolution House. Chesterfield town centre is a five minute drive and Sheffield, a small compact city with an industrial heritage and a large number of green spaces, only twenty five minutes away. Surrounded by historic buildings such as Chatsworth House and gardens, Hardwick hall, Bolsover castle, as well as Renishaw House and gardens, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.

    Our studio flat is part of our home but it has a private entrance. The studio is up a flight of stairs. It is a light, modern space with a separate shower room, a desk area, a fridge, a double bed and a single bed. We will leave food (including home made bread and jam) and drinks so that you can enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and a good "continental" breakfast in the morning. Its location on the A61 south of Sheffield is convenient for access to both the M1 and the Derbyshire Peaks
    Our studio has a double bed and a single bed, a dining table, 3 chairs and a desk area with an office-type chair. There is a fridge for the use of guests. We are sorry that the cooker and washing machine are not available for guests. We can provide a highchair if needed. There is space for one car on our drive and further on-road parking nearby. Bikes can be left indoors in the downstairs passage. It would be OK with me if a couple wish to bring a son or daughter making 3 people - otherwise I have stated a maximum of 2.
    Woodseats has several restaurants, coffee bars and take-aways including Italian, Indian, and a Costa. Graves Park is behind our house with excellent walks, tennis courts, a playground and a children's animal farm. Sheffield city centre with its two universities is 15 minutes drive and you can be in the Peak District in 20 minutes

    Grade 2 listed building. Large open plan kitchen / dining / living area, with the original brick walls, oak beams and iron girder of the granary warehouse. Potential bedroom two can be screened off, or used as extra living space.
    The canalside leads to a towpath ideal for running or cycling. In fact, you never need to use a car, as the city centre amenities are a five minute walk away. Convenient for the universities and the railway station. Trains every hour to London, Newcastle (2hours) Manchester, York (1 hour). Or you can be in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park in half an hour.

Je n’ai pas eu beaucoup de temps libre pour rencontrer Alison correctement, j’ai eu un emploi du temps chargé, mais je dois dire qu’elle était extrêmement sympathique et très serviable. difficile de trouver quelque chose de négatif à dire sur cette propriété ou son hôte.

Il est très approprié pour deux personnes de vivre ici, donc la vie privée est meilleure. C'est un excellent rapport qualité / prix et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine, de belles serviettes moelleuses et un lit confortable. Ma belle-mère était en visite d'Orlando et c'était parfait pour elle. Elle y a passé deux semaines, y compris l'organisation d'un dîner de Noël pour toute la famille et c'était parfait. Rudi était attentif et disponible à tout moment, je recommande vivement cet endroit.

    The Old Rectory is a Georgian House situated in Dronfield Village’s conservation area. Originally built in Tudor times, the main house was completely re-built in 1734 and contains many period Georgian features. The house is set in landscaped grounds of around an acre. Situated on the edge of the Peak District, Bakewell, Matlock and Chatsworth are a short car ride away. The central village location means that many restaurants, pubs, shops and the train station are a few mins walk away.
    A private loft area inside the main Georgian House where the owners live, comprising 2 bedrooms (1 super king, 1 king), a lounge area and shower room. The wifi is fast enough for video streaming and conferencing. Freeview & Amazon TV / music is available. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided and there is a small fridge in the lounge area. There is parking for 2 cars and you are welcome to use grounds of the main house.
    Dronfield is an historic market town with medieval barn, Parish Church, and heritage walks. It has a sports centre with swimming pool and gym and a range of local shops. The Old Rectory is situated in the middle of the town conservation area and there are numerous pubs, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. For amazing food, art, music and culture, check out Sheffield City Centre; home to the Lyceum Theatre, the Crucible Theatre, the City Hall, numerous art galleries, museums and a couple of independent cinemas. The Peak District National Park is 5 miles away and Chatsworth House is a 15 min drive.

    Fantastic location close to City Centre, both universities and train/coach stations. Good residential area and close to all amenities with plenty off street parking outside the house that does not require parking permits (unlike many areas in Sheffield!!). Great location for theaters/restaurants/live shows/shopping in Meadowhall/graduations/walks in Peak District/simply exploring Sheffield and surrounding areas etc. There's plenty to do in Sheffield!!
