A truly unique coffee shop in that the owners decorate it with tables they custom build, also other wood items they make are displayed, along with art for sale. There is some seating, but mostly people come in and buy their coffee. A must see!

Good place for casual breakfast or lunch and people and dog watching. Only well behaved dogs (and their owners) are allowed in this little cafe. They have vegetarian and vegan options. It attracts a lot of young people: casual and wierd attire and hair styles can be seen here.

Closest Starbucks, although I recommend HomeGrown which is family owned and has wall art and is where the locals go.

Love their bar food, so I go just for that, but they have some great beers and friendly bar tenders. Why go here. It is unique. Small but welcoming to outsiders and not stiff and formal. Upstairs they display art by local artists for sale.

Gets you up to Center City in about 10 minutes. Going to a performance at the Kimmel Center - get off at Walnut Street Station and walk a 2 blocks south or Lombard/South Station and walk 2 blocks north.
