The Eisbach (ice river) is pretty cold. On this wave, however, you will find surfers even during ice-cold winter. Must see!

If you don't mind climbing 306 steps the top of this church tower will give you a great view of the city center around Marienplatz. With good weather you can see up to 100 km.

Student's town is full of... students :) On the 21st floor in one of the buildings is a roof-top bar run by a friend of mine. Great view, sun loungers and affordable cocktails!
