I love this big green space 5 mins walk from the flat. Theres a duck pond, a lido and a cafe. Kids play areas too.

A great place with a pub downstairs with good food and a DJ at the weekend. Upstairs (and using a different entrance to the side) is a massive roof terrace where they have club nights and live music. Check them out online for events as some need tickets.

Good local independent pub which does amazing Sunday roast dinners (family friendly during the day) and good music on a Friday/Saturday (mainly funk/soul/r&b) Sometimes live bands.
