Our favorite restaurant for a date night! Quaint little Italian restaurant right downtown. The ambiance feels like you are dining in a wine cellar. Great food and the best wine selection in Truckee. They also have a good happy hour week days.

Great food up in Tahoe Donner. We usually sit in the bar area for a more casual dining experience. Perfect spot to go if you want to avoid the crowds in downtown Truckee.

Great little country style BREAKFAST spot down at Donner Lake. A local favorite, especially if you want to avoid downtown brunch crowds (expect a wait!). Grab some libations at the STICKS MARKET right next door. Great beer and wine selection.

Not a brewery, but they have the biggest rotating beer selection in town. 40 beers on tap! Those guys definitely know their beer, so its fun to talk to them about recommendations. Minimal food....some sausages and snacks.
