The wait is long, but the reward delicious. Excellent ramen. We recommend the spicy chicken ramen, sub tofu (trust me, it's the right call). If you can show up 20 minutes before open it's your best chance of getting a seat without the 2+ hour wait.

In the heart of Curtis Park near RiNo, this is a great spot for sushi and drinks. Great service, delicious food and beautiful architecture. Be sure to look up at the large vertical greenhouse from Altius Farms, which sources Uchi and many other great restaurants in Denver.
