White Pines is an unincorporated community in Calaveras County, California. It's its own "town" with a public lake and beach, just off downtown Arnold. It's behind Ace Hardware and Giant Burger, past the Arnold Library. Great public lake/beach to enjoy without driving far.

Pack a lunch or grab some food to-go from one of many local eateries or grocery store deli. Sit by the river and enjoy the park. Great people watching! Fun for kids (and adults?!) to cool off in the easy-going, shallow river. Playground, too.
