Farmers' market with seasonal produce. About 1km away. This is a market locals go to. Don't expect bells and whistles, take cash, probably no English and some vendors only speak Russian. But the produce is good and seasonal.

If you like ramen, go here. The owners are Japanese. This is the real deal. There is a takeaway branch in the same shopping center on the bottom floor, and several other Tokumaru branches in other parts of the city, but this is the original one.
