Our favorite sandwiches are the Black Bird, the Hummer and the Zorba... well, and the meatloaf sandwich and the salmon sandwich too! And their cake of the day is always amazing! They’re known for their minty sweet tea, great casual atmosphere with seating inside and out. Only about 5 minutes away. Right across from lake Ella so it’s fun grab lunch to-go and picnic across the street.

Great BLOWOUT dinner experience!! It’s right downtown, swanky modern design, highest quality food in town. There’s a super cool bar just around the corner too for before or after dinner drinks. This is a place you dress up and plan to feel wined and dined.

Maclay Gardens is about 10 minutes away. There is a small fee to get in but worth every penny. There’s a little “lake beach” area with picnic tables and play sets for kids. But acres of beautiful gardens to stroll around in. Perfectly serene. Bring a picnic!
