Sightseeing

A jewel of the Monte Argentario, best in the morning when the sun sparkles off the sea and warms you as you have a coffee or lunch looking over the sheltered, warm, gorgeous harbour. Protected by 15th Century Spanish forts, its spectacular!

Local walks with spectacular views

1. Starting at the Fortezza Spagnola (Fort), cross the road and follow the signed trails, take via del sole and continue upwards with views over the port, to via delle cacciarella, which brings you back to above the fort (about one hour), on paved roads 2. Drive or cycle to the Parcheggio Falesia Capo d'Uomo, and walk - the trail to the Torre di Capo d'Uomo is incredible. Rough in places, wear good shoes
